More About Me
I was intensely involved with ballroom and social dance several years ago but for various reasons let it go. I won't be able to compete- not enough time or money at this point but would like to keep in shape and practice for the sheer joy of dance-which I miss so much!
West Cost Swing is a favorite because the lady has so much artistic freedom and interpretation. I like to have fun dancing and sometimes ham or vamp it up.
I've also done a small amount of choreography and was both an assistant to a male teacher and a substitute ballroom teacher for a short period of time about a decade ago.
I'm Looking For
Not certain really. Just someone of any age who has a little time and an interest in dancing and who lives in the area. I'd prefer someone who is either seriously interested in dance or has a background in it like me, but that isn't absolute necessary as long as they are willing to learn and put a little energy into dancing.
