More About Me
Have some free time and like to stay physically and mentally active. My schedule is flexible since I work for myself, plus volunteer and could be considered semi-retired. Need to keep physically and mentally active so ballroom dancing would be perfect--only problem is that I don't have a partner. I tried going solo years ago but mainly everyone had a partner even though they say you don't need one! And it would be much more fun with someone to talk to and be with, plus we could motivate each other.
Hiking, bicycling, travel, reading, Pilates, and gardening are some of my hobbies, and like classic rock music. Have been a widow for ten years and have two wonderful children, one in Houston and one in Pa., not living with me though. What else....I brush my teeth and floss regularly and try to eat healthy. If you are afraid of the dentist this will absolutely not work out!
I'm Looking For
A partner to either learn and take lessons with, or if you already know ballroom dancing, someone to help me learn. I would not feel comfortably going with someone who is married, even if your spouse is supportive of your dancing. So I'm looking for the social aspect of meeting people and having fun with someone who wants to do the same.
Am not looking for or expecting romance. I do believe in love because I have had it. Just don't think it will happen for me anymore. But I am looking to have FUN and keep in shape!
