I have a degree in music. I actually used to teach piano for a living, so I understand how people learn new skills. I can have fun while taking something seriously.

I started learning salsa and bachata quite a while ago but then quit and just resumed recently. Not quite a beginner but need lots of practice for improvement.

Throughout my life's journey, I've been fortunate enough to explore every corner of the United States and traverse the diverse provinces of Canada. Many of these adventures were embarked upon solo, allowing me ample opportunity to indulge in my passions for music and dance. Seeking out dance studios, clubs, and any available hardwood floors became second nature to me, enriching my social dance style with each encounter. Complementing this, my inherently creative nature and adept teaching abilities have allowed me to share my moves and routines with numerous friends over the years. While I lack formal certification, I've had the privilege of instructing at various esteemed dance clubs across the United States. So, if you're up for a lively time, let's hit the dance floor! Beyond my love for music and dance, I find solace and joy in the tranquility of water. Thus, I've made my home along the waterfront, just a stone's throw away from the Gulf of Mexico.

I love to dance - especially Country Western dancing but I am open to learning other types of dancing as well. I can frequently be found dancing on Saturday evenings doing Hustle, West Coast Swing or Country Western Dances. I am also into an all around healthy lifestyle. I am a raw foodist an follow the pH miracle diet. I recently started learning Argentine Tango and am really enjoying it. I go dancing once a week right now but would consider going more often. At one point in my life I was dancing 7 days a week. I also went through the Fred Astaire ballroom dance training program.

I want to improve in the following dances: Collegiate Shag, Balboa, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, and Charleston. I've done international fox trot and waltz, but that was long ago.

Dancing a little more than one year; prefer frequent practices to learn ballroom dance, especially Latin rhythm dances. Don't know where it will lead but eager to explore and see where it goes for me with dance!

Contemporary dancer by education, but I have now fallen in love with ballroom and will pursue this going forward. I focus on international latin. I love to deep dive into technique/movement quality, create dance videos, do performances, and teach workshops. Open to competing as well. In addition to the dance degree, I have a master degree in sports psychology and coaching, and I am a personal trainer. Since age 15, I’ve been teaching groups and individuals at all levels in a variety of sports and movement disciplines. I also do life/spiritual reading/coaching. My goal is to become the best I can at ballroom dancing, to create a nurturing partnership, and for us to have a life style where we thrive and dance is the essence of it all.

I teach horseback riding and train horses for a living. My dancing is a way to get out of the dust and enjoy the music and socialize. I can't always get out to the group classes or dances and would love a regular partner to practice with or go out to dances with.
