More About Me
I like to dance because it's fun. My dancing motto is "You can only have as much fun as the person having the least amount of fun" so I make it a point not to criticize or attempt to "teach" on the dance floor. (Teaching should be the domain of the pros) My favorite styles are Hustle, West Coast Swing, and most of the Latin ballroom genre' because I like dancing in nightclubs and those types of dances associate well with the music you find in a there. I like to arrive at a venue early and dance until the floor "packs out" then I get bored and and leave since I really really don't care much for freestyle non-partnered dancing. But if I'm at a place with space to dance I'll close it down. I do dance Waltz and can dance a little American style Tango since I occassionaly go to studio parties. I dance Salsa as well but since they don't play all that much of it at the types of venues I go to I don't know how to lead very many patterns, but my technique is good so I don't dance it like a begginner. I love listening to Salsa music, but not all night long, which is why I rarely go to Salsa clubs.
I'm Looking For
I'm not a specialist so I would prefer a partner who dabbles in more than one or two dance styles. But the most important thing for me is that my partner smiles and laughs on the dance floor.
