More About Me
I am a social ballroom dancer primarily. I do however have some professional dance activities. I teach ballroom dance in a retirement community and occasionally hired as a dance host at events. My local community does not offer much in the way of ballroom dances where the attendees are approximately my skill level. Once or twice a month, I travel to the San Fernando Valley to attend dances with the hope of partnering with people who are at my skill level. I usually am hired as a dance host there or privately. I have a solid frame with long strides and know lead / follow techniques. I welcome and am not scared by the challenge of dancing with a 6'6" woman as much as I enjoy the connection from a woman closer to my height. I have learned to dance with women of various skills, learning from some and impressed others. I also have my signature moves. Although I can dance almost all dances offered at a social ballroom, my forte are Waltz, Tango and Rumba with Foxtrot, EC Swing, WC Swing, Hustle and Merengue just behind them. Salsa and Quickstep are my weekest.
I'm Looking For
I seek a woman with a good frame about my skill level or willing to develop if not far behind. If local to me, we can practise and develop together. If not local, we can meet at dances.
