More About Me
I am a slim, energetic, enthusiastic, classy, interesting, intelligent, and playful woman seeking a gentleman to dance with and maybe more. I have taken lessons in many kinds of ballroom, swing, and Latin dance on and off for many years, probably equaling three or more years of lessons and more of practice all together), and absolutely LOVE to dance. For the last few years, I have been taking lessons at Arthur Murray and recently placed in my first all-around competition. I am currently taking lessons at the Bronze III level.
Concerned about my calendar age? Don't be. Just ask me for references from my former and current dance instructors and friends--and you will find out how much fun I am to be around.
I also enjoy travel (international, especially), cooking, reading (particularly non-fiction), Italian opera, New York Times crossword puzzles, Scrabble and Words With Friends), California sunshine, and much, much more. I lived in Italy for nearly a year in 2012 and now am taking Italian lessons (sometimes I do things backwards!). Italian is such a beautiful language.
I am kind, compassionate, affectionate, natural, easy-going, spontaneous, neat, and ethical. I don’t color my hair or cheat on my taxes and love adventure. I dislike violent movies, meanness, dishonesty, and sarcasm.
I recently retired from owning a business for 18 years and now am mainly enjoying life. Two of my very favorite activities, other than dancing, are to explore new places without a map and am a certified Master Gardener.
