More About Me
Originally from Japan and a Japanese Kimono dance instructor. I was also a kindergarten teacher for several years in Oregon, so that I consider myself as very patient. I am competing in Ballroom Pro-Am category currently but If I could find the right partner, I'd like to compete in Am-Am category locally and/or nationally. I am also interested in competing in West Coast Swing and/or Zouk with the right partner. Being a part of a Ballroom formation team is helping my artistic abilities and range of motion a lot. I dance almost everyday taking group and private lessons, and going social dance.
I'm Looking For
My out of state practice partner who is 6'3" tall and athletic working very well because I have longer legs. But he lives so faraway and he dances International Standard mostly (so as my previous instructor). It's very hard to prepare for competing or taking private lessons together. I'm looking for another dance partner who can practice with me more frequently to compete with for local and/or national competitions. I'm looking for someone to compete with in American Smooth, Rhythm, International Latin and/or International Standard. I live in the South King area, but willing to travel to Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and Tacoma area to practice together.
