More About Me
I am interested in social dancing not competing. Even so, for me, dancing is a performance. It is acting with the body. So I hope to find a partner who looks like he is enjoying himself and also makes us the couple everyone wants to watch. I've been taking group lessons at the Davidsonville Dance Club and elsewhere for the past two years. Currently am doing classes in American Tango, West Coast and East Coast. I like all the Latin dances, especially the Bachata, Meringue, and Salsa. Generally, I find the smooth dances a little boring, but a lively foxtrot or waltz can be fun with the right partner. [Not a fan of the nightclub two step, though.] I like to practice at the Davidsonville Dances Saturday nights and at the Promenade Sunday afternoons. I am more interested in dancing than dating, but not ruling it out. Just not a priority.
I'm Looking For
I like dancers who lead gently and look like they are having fun. Men who like swing and Latin dances are especially welcome!
