More About Me
I am very passionate about Argentine Tango and I'm interested in exploring the depths of this dance with the hope to master it someday. The first time I danced Tango was about 3 years ago and have been dancing regularly for the last 1.5 years or so. I also visited Buenos Aires for a month in December of 2017. It was amazing. I'm also interested in teaching and have taught two 8 week beginner Argentine Tango series at Stanford Bechtel International Center. Outside of Tango, I dance practically every other popular dance form. I started dancing when I was very young but was mostly self-taught. The first partner dance I tried was Salsa and I've been part of a professional Salsa dance team for about a year. Some specific dances I enjoy are Cross Step Waltz, Bachata, Blues Fusion. Also, want to casually explore Kizomba and Zouk.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone who is in love with Argentine Tango like me. I hope to go to Milonga's once a week with my dance partner and maybe take some time to practice technique and figures in Practicas once in a while. I'm open to dancing other dances as well for fun - once in a while.
