More About Me
I have been dancing since the age of three, and it is my true passion. I began in the ballet/tap/jazz world, which gave me a strong technical training as a base for ballroom work.
My primary interest is in Cabaret and Exhibitiinalthough I would be more than interested in Rhythm or exploring International Latin. I also have previous experience in Lindy Hop, and loved the high level of energy in that style.
I prefer to practice at least three times per week, and my goals include competing professionally on a steadily higher level.
I want to develop myself continually as a dancer, and forge a partnership that makes us both feel positive about our movements and performance. I aspire to work hard and compete professionally, and hopefully this takes us far in our dance careers. But more than all that, I want to love what I do every day.
I'm Looking For
I am seeking a partner who is interested in Theater Arts/Cabaret/Exhibition. I would be more than open to dancing Rhythm/Latin or any other styles as well, as I don't believe in limiting myself. I hope my partner is interested in occasionally exploring other styles outside of our competitive goals, because I love having new dance experiences.
I appreciate most the type of partner who cares about feeling something in our movement, and telling a story or evoking some feelings when we dance. I also appreciate a partner who is both energetic, patient, and motivated. More than anything else, I want to feel positive about rehearsing and dancing, and build each other up within our partnership.
