More About Me
My interest for music and dancing started few years when my husband passed away and my girls were grown up. Not until I have retired, I got really serious about dancing (ballroom style). When I dance or exercise at the gym, music keeps me moving to a fantasy land. Having that effect, It must be the endorphins released in the brain that motivates me. I have been taking private lesson but not as much as I wanted.
I'm Looking For
I am looking for a dance partner who loves to dance and takes dance seriously enough to practice diligently. I always strive to improve so even though I am an amateur and only looking to have fun and exercise, I do have ambitions to improve my skills and I would like my partner to have the same. My ideal dance partner who has an easy going personality. I love Latin, Rumba, Bachata, Cha Cha, Samba, swing. Standard, Quick step, Viennese Waltz, Waltz, and Tango is my favorite! American Smooth or international style, I love them all!
I usually dance few times a week. I travel to Queens, New Jersey and sometimes to New York city to change of venue. People say It's easier to find a life partner than a dance partner. With that being said, I have held off for a very long time before joining this site and I am looking forward to meeting new dance partners.
