More About Me
I'm a retiree new to the Raleigh area. Formerly lived up north (Ohio and Maryland). I did a lot of dancing (ballroom and social) for the last 20 or so years. Since moving to the Raleigh area, I am focusing on improving my West Coast Swing. I am taking group classes and doing some social west coast dances as well. I love the creativity and technicality of the dance, and find it challenging.
I'm Looking For
I am looking for a partner with a similar interest in west coast swing, who is willing to put in a few hours every week practicing (either socially dancing, or in a studio), as well as taking group lessons with me. I have a decent sense of humor, am quite humble about my dancing, and just want to have fun. Dancing is my favorite way to express my happiness.
