More About Me
I am a professional musician who played often for dance events. I have been focusing on Waltz and have written Waltz's in many styles. I have been learning Viennese and International Waltz and I especially enjoy traditional Waltz forms from the 19th century.
I'm Looking For
A partner with whom to practice mostly Waltz. I am willing to pay for private lessons and rental of a ballroom space but there are great online resources, especially the videos shot by Helmut Roland of the international dance workshop, The Camp, and available free on Vimeo. I hope to eventually organize a Mostly Waltz group in Southeastern Michigan and offer events with live music.
