More About Me
Hey there! I started doing ballroom maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I take a lesson or dance socially a couple times a week, but I would like to practice more! Most of the people where I take lessons are very casual social dancers, and I don’t really know many people who dance, so I figured go online! I’m mildly proficient at most the dances, but I think I would greatly benefit from a dedicated partner.
I’m generally a quick learner, and enjoy pushing myself to achieve goals. But at the same time I don’t mind failing plenty along the way...Well I don’t love it, but I don’t let it upset me anyways!
I live in Detroit, I would probably be open to traveling a bit, maybe 60 min?
I'm Looking For
Someone who wants to dance for a couple hours, couple times of week. I’m more experienced leading, but open to either.
I’m open to anyone more or less, beginner to intermediate. Just someone with a desire to learn and improve, as well as the patience to do it cooperatively. I suppose if you’re a pro and want to dance with me that’s great too! I’ll do my best not to bore you, but if dance is your career the benefit may be all mine. lol
I’m primarily interested to dancing socially, although I wouldn’t be opposed to a performance or amateur comp, but for the fun and experience. Not looking to become a seriously competitive dancer.
