I've been a square and round dancer for many years. I dance MS, Plus, and Advanced squares. My real love, however, are the round dance rhythms: waltz, foxtrot, bolero, slow two step, west coast swing, cha, rumba, and two step keeps me on the dance floor and at lessons most of the time. I'd like to learn tango, quickstep, and any other rhythm someone can teach me. I like to move with grace, enthusiasm, and skill. I've got to say I have good habits of hygiene (something I've found not all dancers possess), show up when I say I will, and like to dance every dance I can.

I am looking for someone who is pleasant, has good habits of hygiene (no cologne please), and has skills comparable to mine in the various rhythms. I dance for joy so appreciate support and tolerance from my partner. I have not danced ballroom before and it would be an adjustment for me. I feel confident I could adjust relatively quickly as I am a quick learner...except for those moves that can be my nemesis until I get them. I have an adequate frame and carry my own weight when dancing.
