More About Me
I’m a professional contemporary dancer with a dream to perform salsa cabaret. I’ve been dancing salsa & bachata socially for about 15 years but have never taken an actual class. I have 2 years of Argentine tango training, 30 some odd years of ballet & learned dance as a child from a Vegas show couple so I’ve been tossed and flipped around for most of my life. I’m a native New Yorker and was born hard of hearing, but I have excellent musicality. I’m still dancing for a dance company in nyc but we have a tremendous amount of off time coming up. I’m also a self employed dance photographer
I'm Looking For
A friend to dance with! I am happily married to a non-dancer, but I dying to dance with somebody! I’m looking for a strong parter that wants to choreograph and can teach me what in don’t know. Preferably someone with some connection to the competitive and performance side of the salsa world because I am new to this and aren’t sure where to start.
