More About Me
Lindy hop is by far my favorite dance. I've been dancing since 1998 with a long break to get married, have kids, then divorced. I got back to dancing Lindy in 2017. I don't lead lots of fancy patterns, my instructors were more into the quality of movement and partnership to allow for the "follow" to improvise. So it is more about musicality and spontaneous collaboration.
I spent a couple of years in the early 2000's trying Argentine Tango. It is my second favorite but not nearly as fun as Lindy. I learned several other American ballroom dances, but these are all rusty.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone else who likes the interactivity and improvisation of Lindy, and likes other dances as well, for fun, and not for competition or performance.
