More About Me
Good after noon folks,
I have a dancer since 2006. Started with lindy hop, then blues, and Balba.
I enjoy dancing socially and have never been interested in competition.
One of the more intesting classes taken. I learned in a workshop, dancing with a partner while hold a drink in your hand on small dance floor.
My goal is keep having fun with it. Frankie Manning who originated lindy hop dance in the 1920's. At the Sovey Ballroom in Harlem, danced until 93. He danced decades, and this keep him young at heart. Sharp mind and joyfully spirit. I learned from that example, and hope to dance with fun partners for many years.
I am looking for a good person/people, to dance with.
Looking to find a follow, who enjoys live music, New Orleans style, loves laughing, and the creativity of partner dancing.
There are a series of lindy hop workshops that are happening in Toronto are this month that require a partner.
