More About Me
Dancing has always been a passion. Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Shows, until I was about 30. Currently learning Burlesque ha! Moving and just floating away with the music but getting it right as well (bit of a perfectionist ,sorry-not really).
While my feet keep a tapping, I haven't danced for a long time and thought it would be good to see if anyone is interested in dancing with me.
I was a Pro Member and Fellow LA&BB of the FATD many lifetimes ago and considered pretty good. I just need to find my dance legs again. With a bit of practice I might be interested in trying out a competition format at some point in the future. Right now I'm seriously bored. Available for test drive most evenings. :D
Oh um yeah I did break a couple of vertebra in my spine a few years ago so sometimes I need to sit for a few, but with support on I'm pretty ok.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a male of any age (I'm 60 shh) BALLROOM / LATIN AMERICAN /SWING/JIVE dancer of almost any standard but maybe not just bronze medal - Well maybe if your test is imminent.
Needs rhythm and a good frame not to mention a hearty laugh for the occasional tanglefoot.
I'm happy to be a regular partner or if your regular partner is unavailable for some reason Im happy to jump in ....
We could do a few laps see if our style is compatible and if we feel comfortable, see if we can kick a bit of life into each other. Cheers.
