More About Me
I used to compete Open Gold International Latin 14 years ago, and stopped dancing for 13 years to raise kids. I got back into dancing in early 2022. I'm struggling to figure out where I fit in with dancing because my body doesn't move like it used too 🙄, so, competition might not be right for me...unless it's just for the fun of it or with the right person. I really love social dancing and want to focus on the joy of dancing. I wouldn't mind doing performances or shows, though. And I still remember a lot of Latin technique and I'm confident that I can be a decent practice partner for Latin or teach what technique I know.
Since I only got back into dancing 1 year ago after a 13-year hiatus, I don't have too many recent dance-related photos. But I was allowed to upload some photos from 14+ years ago.
I'm Looking For
Want to do social dancing, performances, and/or practice technique. I would consider competing with the right partner. If you've danced with partners that have a really strong, solid [dance] connection, you'll find that dancing together becomes effortless, and for social dancing, the dance actually creates itself - this is what I'm looking for.
