Trained in ballet from 4-21 yr old & modern from 16-21 yr olds. BA is in dance but due to injury couldn't pursue professionally..Movement comes easily to me. SEEKING NY SALSA PARTNER. Due to personal challenge presently studying salsa which makes me feel alive, present & in the moment. It has saved my life (no I do NOT have physical illness). After 1st class went straight to advanced beginner. Been studying for 3 months since April 2023. I'm extremely focused and willing to work hard. I crave the discipline and can practice 4 hours a day.4x per wk.
I'm Looking For
Seeking a dedicated strong salsa leader who is more advanced than me and can take me under their wing in hopes of competing and going to socials. I will do whatever it takes. I need this in my life. Someone who can lead not expect me to improvise. Someone who makes good eye contact, the right pressure in hand, the gesturing that tells me without speaking the next step, etc
