More About Me
I started social dancing classes in my late twenties kizomba, salsa, bachata and briefest encounter with Argentine tango. Once I realised that it is an art form I decided I needed a partner who also saw it the same way.
I am an aspiring musician achieving a 4/5 star commendation for a song entered in UK Songwriting Contest 2022 (my first competition) which is a modest achievement but only the beginning. I have trained since my early twenties but written music since my early teens. Dance helped me understand rhythm. I would like to make music videos that incorporate dancing.
In 2024 I plan to make the transition to full time musician, leaving many hours free for dance practice. I have a practice space shared by semi professional dance coaches.
I'm Looking For
Passion for dance.
Seriousness.
Desire to be in a music video but willing to put in the months and years that lead there.
I have not grown up in a parent's dance studio. I'm an adult that is learning, however you would be wrong to doubt my drive and determination.
I would stop short of relocating however I would make drastic changes to my career to free up time to practice.
