Texas 2 step ( visited Texas recently!)
Strong, flexible, and energetic. As I said, I surf and free dive to stay fit. I miss the dancing lessons with my late wife. Able to bring progressions from the internet videos and work them out. Then hit the dance floors and go from there. I was an accomplished athlete and enjoy the ups and downs of learning complex mental and physical “gymnastics”.
