More About Me
I began ballroom dancing about 15 years ago and consider myself a solid bronze-level dancer, although I’m comfortable following a more advanced lead. I haven’t focused heavily on advancing through additional levels simply because finding a compatible dance partner in my area who can confidently lead at my current level has been challenging.
That’s what brought me here! I would love to meet a dance partner who, like me, truly enjoys ballroom dancing and would like to have someone to share it with. While I would be very comfortable dancing with someone more advanced, I’m equally open to a partner who is less experienced than I am. Skill level is not nearly as important to me as having a good connection, enjoying our time on the dance floor, and being willing to learn and improve together.
I’m a good follower, enjoy learning, and would be happy to continue developing my skills alongside the right partner. Most of all, I miss the enjoyment and connection that comes from dancing with someone who loves it as much as I do.
I'm Looking For
My goal is to find a dance partner in the Birmingham, Alabama area, if possible, who has at least a basic level of ballroom experience and a desire to continue learning and improving together. If you are a more advanced dancer, I’m a good follower and would be happy to put in the time and effort to continue developing my skills.
While finding a compatible dance partner is my primary reason for being here, I’m also open to the possibility of a friendship developing into a dating relationship if there is a mutual connection. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who enjoys not only dancing together, but also getting to know one another beyond the dance floor.
