More About Me
I'm a competitive dancer, love upbeat WCS, and am currently without a partner. With my last (2)partners we won the Western US WCS Championships, Two WCS World Championships, two American Lindy-Hop Championships, two National Jitterbug Championships, NE America Championship, four California State Championships, 13 Gold Medals, and won numerous dance contests, from State to Nationals. We performed all over the World, including Europe, and three times in China. Teaching basic WCS is a joy, along with choreography, lifts, and aerials. I have a serious interest in Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll aerials.
Seeking a partner who loves to compete, learn routines, and perform upbeat WCS (150-200bpm), who is familiar with lifts and aerials, etc. Winning is personally exciting, along with a commitment to a mutual goal of continuing improvement from previous performances.
I'm open to being hired to teach World Class competitive skills (basics, lifts, aerials, acrobatics, routines, etc.) necessary to significantly improve performance levels of committed dancers.
I'm Looking For
Seeking partner who loves upbeat West Coast Swing; loves to compete; open to taking instructions from professional coaches and teachers; Loves routines; loves to fly (safely doing lifts and aerials).
We should live close enough to practice on a regular schedule. (about 2 hours per day about 3/4 times per week). Previously training in acrobatics would be a positive factor. Free to travel and perform. Focus mainly in faster West Coast Swing. Familiar with Lindy-Hop, Argentine Tango, and Acrobatic Rock & Roll. Very little, or no, interest in Ballroom Competition.
