More About Me
I have competed in Standard and Latin in both Pro-Am and Amateur categories in the last 10 years. However I have recently been competing in the amateur category at Novice to Pre-championship level in Standard only since my partner does not dance Latin. I am a very natural and well-trained dancer in various dance styles, and I am very dedicated to practice and lessons. I believe that I can do better in competitions with the right partner who is also dedicated and determined. I would still like to continue to compete in Standard, but I am also happy to compete in Latin.
I'm Looking For
I am looking for an intermediate to advanced Standard and/or Latin partner who wants to eventually compete at pre-championship level or higher. I am happy to start at the Novice level and move up gradually. I would also like someone who is very dedicated and serious but also truly enjoys dancing. My current partner seems to be discouraged by our competitive results even though he has not been competing very long at all, and he does not seem to want to practice as much as I do. I need someone who is more enthusiastic about competing regardless of the outcome and is willing to train and practice on a regular basis with a positive attitude for improvement. I prefer someone who can practice with me ideally about 3 times a week.
