More About Me
I enjoy all styles of dancing. I dance both competitively and socially. I enjoy all aspects of competing from the competition itself to working with an instructor while seeing my partner and I grow. I've taken lessons in American Rhythm and Smooth, West Coast Swing, Hustle (both three and four count), Salsa, Night Club 2 step, a little bit of Bachata, and others. I also enjoy doing Country Two Step and Double two. I teach dance classes (Hustle, American Tango, ECS, Rumba, Waltz, Foxtrot, Salsa, Cha Cha) at a Community College a few evenings a week. I don't know much International style or Argentine Tango and I would like to further expand my knowledge of those. I like going out social dancing as well and usually go to places that enable me to dance all the types of dances. I like musicality and enjoy being one with both my partner and the music. And I love how each dance requires a different mindset and movement. All in all though, I have a lot of fun no matter what I'm dancing as long as I'm out on the floor.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone who is open minded and interested in all types of dancing and who is willing to try something new and is not restricted to only doing/liking a certain dance or style. I am also looking for someone who is interested in competitive dancing and taking lessons for improving technique, movement, and styling, as well as just having fun attending social dances. And finally someone who has fun with dancing no matter if its trying to learn a new complicated pattern, working on technique, or just out social dancing and enjoying the evening.
