More About Me
Dance-crazed woman... discovered dancing twenty years ago, dabbled in all kinds of dances, and looking for the right partner to enjoy social dancing, and who knows - perhaps to up the stakes.
Dance is much more than a hobby - I have ideas for improvised and rehearsed dance sketches - and am willing to try new things and new dances. I'm willing to commit to the right partner, and it might take us places.
Argentine tango seems to be my greatest love - and I'd love to revisit it. I've danced it for 8+ years with a partner, and also by taking private and group lessons.
In my personal life, I am involved in the arts, music, writing, and theater, puppetry, astronomy and earth science. I truly enjoy meaningful company and interesting conversation.
I'm Looking For
I would enjoy practicing and social dancing with someone who values dancing as much as me and takes genuine pleasure in all kinds of dance, especially Argentine tango. Someone with an open mind who doesn't mind experimenting and dancing "out of the box". At this time I am not keen on competition, but with the right partner, this might change.
