More About Me
I started dancing about 10 years ago learning the basic ballroom styles for social dancing. A few years later, motivated by a friend I decided to give competition a try. I started with pro-am, but then moved on to amateur couple competing. I have competed mostly in American rhythm at the bronze and silver levels.
In addition I also enjoy performance dancing and have worked on both solo and formation routines in a variety of styles from samba to west coast swing to bolero.
I'm Looking For
I am looking for a partner interested in dancing competitively in rhythm and/or smooth at the bronze or silver level and willing to work up. However, I realize that American styles are not as popular, at least not in this area. I've been off the competition floor for longer than my liking, and would consider giving international style a try. While I don't have a background in international style, I'm sure I could pick it up fairly quickly from my previous dance background.
I'm also looking for a dance partner interested in working on solo routines in various styles to be performed at showcases and possibly competitions.
