More About Me
I'm 5'2.5" with heels on. I have had previous dance training; I took ballet since I was five. I started ballroom in the Fall of 2007, and I really enjoy it as a stress reliever, while also giving me goals at the same time. I have taken group lessons with Lee Santos and taken technique lessons with people who have taken private lessons from Dan Calloway. I've also been to the Independence Day Ball for two summers. I consider myself to be on the verge of the silver level in standard, and gold in latin, although I'm willing to dance silver in latin. I'm at the silver level in rhythm and would be willing to work on the silver level in smooth. I have rarely had a steady partner, so I am a really good follow, and I work incredibly hard to improve my technique while also being expressive at the same time. With the right partner, I have the potential to improve quickly through the levels.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a practice partner at this time to maintain and improve skills. Currently, I don’t have time to compete, as I am working full time and taking graduate courses at the same time. I am also searching for someone who is willing to take agreed upon Covid protocols, such as cancelling practice as needed if presenting with symptoms and home testing before practicing sessions.
