More About Me
We have 3 partners in dance with a possible 4th partner. The first partner is our self. Surprisingly we are often not present to our breath and being in the moment. The 2nd partner is the music which becomes the heart pumping energy with our interpretation. The 3rd partner is the person we share the discovery of the music and style to create our mutual interpretation. It is in the discovery / interpretation that we possibly can find the 4th partner. This is the zone, the moment, nothingness and is spiritual. I can be far too serious about dance, and yes I believe in technique technique technique. It is the the foundation, the water that lets our dance flow. It is in the process, the moment that I can celebrate the chi, the magic of any dance. Currently on the slippery slope of discovering Argentine Tango, which is an incredibly beautiful world. Interesting that I find it at times similar to West Coast as both allow the partner freedom at times to play and create their own dance with out the leader's immediate direction. There is only the moment so let us celebrate it with dance. This "Me" description is interesting for me as it was done over a decade ago. I no longer do ballroom dance, only The Tango The Argentine Tango. I have found my heart and soul in the tango.

I'm Looking For
It is time to confess, while being a recovering ballroom dancer, I am afraid it may be too late as have stepped into the Argentine Tango world. This dance has set the hook and every time I try to step away I come back even hungrier. I believe when the energy is right the partner will show up. Yes they are present to their own energy so will be strong physically, and understand the difference between intelligence and wisdom. I am not attracted to a certain age but find older may be wiser. I am intense so I play full out in what ever I am exploring and would like that kind of commitment in what ever dance was being discovered. We are all students and the wise never seek to arrive but only to taste fully the present moment. In dance partnership I am still exploring connection both physically and mentally. It would be great to have someone help me be not so serious while playing full out in the moment. Namaste
