More About Me
It is difficult to describe how dancing makes me feel. Alive and joyful, but also present, in the moment. Perhaps some of you will understand what I mean when I say present: When time stands still and nothing else matters. Music touches my soul, it is hard not to move in synchronicity with it. I have a passion for social ballroom dancing (waltz, Viennese waltz, tango, cha cha, rhumba, jive, foxtrot, NC2,Quick/Two step, west coast swing, etc.)
I am physically fit, enjoying the outdoors hiking, kayaking, fishing, walking. Used to ski, maybe I will take it up again. I attend many cultural events such as theatre, symphony, concerts, coffee houses, music in the park. I enjoy travelling to natural places to view the beauty that surrounds us.
I love to garden organically, eat and live in a healthy respectful manner, I practice yoga and meditation. I have developed a strong spiritual practice to enhance my connection to Nature and enjoy helping others.
