More About Me
Happily married with a love of dancing in general and Argentine tango and music specifically. Strong natural rhythm. I've taken a few private lessons and many class sessions with practica following. Started Argentine tango with Jessica and Gustavo when they were still giving lessons in Santa Rosa. I also attend milongas locally and regularly view and practice lessons and performances online. I'm in excellent health and fitness and willing and able now to give more time and attention to expanding my skill level in tango. Life happened and I've been absent from the dance scene for a couple of years; however, I'm taking private lessons again to get back into the groove. I also have novice level experience in salsa and would like to take more classes and such. However, during the week I'm limited to Sonoma County/San Rafael area as I run a business and must be up early. More freedom during the weekends.
I'm Looking For
Basic competence in Argentine tango close hold and taking the lead. Intermediate level or higher preferred as I'd like to reinforce and elevate my level quickly with as much practice as schedules allow. All ages welcome. Non-smoker preferred. Seeking a dance partner only, nothing else.
