Someone who has rhythm and good body control/knows how to apply pressure (neither clutching me nor barely touching me and leaving me guideless) -- essentially, someone who knows how to lead, and is better than me so that I can learn upwards. So if my skill set is lower than you, what do I bring to the table, you may ask? I will push us to learn increasingly challenging moves -- I'm a good encourager ;) and don't like to settle!
