More About Me
I have dabbled in many different dances over the years and enjoy them all, particularly salsa, Lindy Hop and ballroom (both standard and Latin but primarily standard). Currently a bit of a ‘jack of all trades master of none’ and keen to change that!
My ballroom experience commenced whilst I was living in Asia where I was lucky enough to have regular private lessons from Phillippino professional dancers. Since coming back to the UK I have been attending group ballroom classes but I am keen to learn at a much higher level. I take monthly private lessons also and would be keen to have more if costs could be shared with a partner.
I also attend regular Lindy Hop classes and camps and have been on several salsa dance holidays to Cuba.
I'm Looking For
I would love to find a partner who is keen to learn international standard ballroom and/or international latin ballroom and/or Lindy Hop and/or salsa to a high standard. For the standard ballroom ideally I am looking for a tall partner since I am 5’ 11.
I am mainly looking for a tall ballroom partner but would also love to find a Lindy and/or salsa partner of any height for practice.
I am currently on a sabbatical so I can put in a lot of practice hours and would have time to travel quite far to practice if need be. Open to doing competition and to putting in many hours of extra private tuition and practice to reach the level of a more experienced partner.
