More About Me
I love dancing and have done mostly solo dancing (ballet, jazz, hip-hop) in the past but want to get into partner dancing. I have only done a bit of west coast swing in the partner dancing realm and love the energy of it. I have also tried Blues dancing (loved it) and tango (would try again!). I am open to most styles just because I honestly feel I am here to dance! I love the Mercury Cafe but I realize sometimes it gets extra crowded so I am open to any space to dance in. I think it would be nice to strengthen some of the knowledge that I already have. I am more "classically" trained in some ways so it's possible I'll have to break some of my own habits in order to jump into other styles but I am excited to do just that! :D
I'm Looking For
I am looking for someone who genuinely just loves dancing of all kinds. I think it would be nice to get good at one style. I am open to improving on one and getting really good too including joining a competition. I have been in national competitions for sports (Taekwando) in the past but dance has always mostly been something I've done for fun. I want to take it to the next level now!
I love performing but have only performed mostly in music in recent years and a very occasionally in dance doing solo jazz stuff.
