More About Me
I began social dance after high school with country bars. There I learned line dancing and some country swing, two step, and west coast swing. Shortly after, I was introduced to east coast swing, Lindy hop, and Balboa. I dabbled little in ballroom styles but not enough to me confident in. The studio I frequented brought me on to teach group glasses and trained me to teach private lessons. I did that for several years while also competing on a Lindy hop team. After several years of doing that, I decided to leave teaching and just dance socially for fun. Now I find myself in a new town looking to find great dance partners!
I'm Looking For
The perfect dance partner for me is someone who is looking to enjoy the dance. I'm not interested in competition or performance, so regular practice isn't part of my goals. Although, if interested, I do not mind making time for practice. I'm trying to rediscover the joy that dance can bring.
