More About Me
I started out country dancing about 2 years ago (2 step, country waltz, 4 count/east coast swing). For the past year I\'ve focused on WCS and NC2S. While I\'ve only danced 2 years, I\'m told I\'m a good leader (maybe my followers are just being nice). I primarily dance the basics and focus on frame and technique. I\'ve attended three WCS conventions (Bridgetown Boogie, Boogie by the Bay & Mountain Magic). I was asked to compete in the Jack & Jill but am not quite ready for that. If you\'re interested in WCS I know the basics pretty well and know a variety of whips. I still country dance and know a few line dances. I dance in Santa Rosa at Monroe Hall and at Kodiak Jacks in Petaluma. If you want to contact me outside this venue, I use the same name at the chocolate milk syte and the other popular one you see advertised all the time, you know, the Away On Leave one... ;-)
I'm Looking For
I\'m not really looking for a partner, per se, but if you want to dance with someone that can provide a sound basic lead, let me know. I dance every Sunday night and often a Fri or Sat. Since I am "married", I\'m not looking for a life partner. I will note that my wife is BiPolar and our relationship is one of me being a caregiver more than anything else, which is the primary reason I took up dancing. Dancing has proven to be a godsend. I hope you enjoy dancing; it\'s great fun and exercise!
