More About Me
I would like to return to dancing, performing, and teaching with an eye towards competing.
And brief history:
- 4 year varsity wrestler in high school (1998-2002)
- Hip-hop dancer and choreographer for Mahogany Dance Troupe (2002-2004)
- Trained in salsa and bachata (2004-2005)
- Founded the University Salsa Club and taught (2005-2006)
- Moved to Washington, DC. Began teaching salsa and bachata. (2006-2007)
- Relocated to New York City (2008-2010). Taught for Melanie LaPatin and Tony Meredith's studio 'Dance Times Square' in addition to Fred Astaire studios; performed in showcases with students in cha cha and rumba
- Looking to dance now in Roanoke, VA
I'm Looking For
I am looking for a partner interested in training 2 hours a day, at least 3 days a week. I hope they are interested in training for competition in 9 or 10 dance.
