More About Me
I started teaching in Minneapolis at a franchise studio, however, found amazing inspiration as an independent a studio in Nashville where I taught & trained w/David Hamilton & was motivated working beside Mr.Ben & Mrs.Shalene Ermis.
I recently relocated from the CT/NY area. Now home, I plan to compete pro/am with my students & am looking to continue my persuit as a professional competitor in American Smooth. I have recently placed well in both finals of Rising Star & the Open Divisions at CO Star Ball & Twin Cities Open 2009. I
I was previously sponsored by DeirdreOfLondon, and was vending at competitions around the country where I was able to network & expand my exposure.
I am currently in Champlin & Blaine, as well as Chanhassen, St. Paul & many Twin Cities surrounding areas. I network on line & am trying to build a student base to compete pro/am as well as pro. Please watch my video and note the title/name and they announce me (from Nashville at the time) as I'm looking to compete again now that I moved back to the Twin Cities area!
I'm Looking For
I need a partner over 6'1", as I am 5'8" barefoot (i.e. about 5'11" after 2.5" in heels & hair)! I'd like to average 10+ hrs/wk of practice, as well as, 2-4 coaching sessions per week. I need someone who already understands what this industry & pro division demands.
I enjoy every demanding avenue & love learning & crave information so I need someone who is also trying to better themselves & loves to see progress. I study my videos as I am a visual learner & have a strong will to better myself, someone with drive, passion & dedication as I do.
I am also rebuilding my pro/am student base since I recently relocated back home. I am certified in the DVIDA syllabus and teach & compete pro/am in Rhythm, Smooth, Latin & Standard, but wish to compete pro smooth at this time.
