More About Me
Oh my! What a difference a day makes...let alone a year and a half. To all the people out there that do not know the experience of working with a professional instructor on improving the quality of your dancing...do yourself a favor and look into it. I am so very proud to be a part of so many wonderful peoples lives know through the magic of dance instruction. The day you realize you are becoming less and less impressed with ridiculous patterns and tricks is the day you realize you have found dancing. You will almost go through a second revelation in your dancing, the first being that initial high of finding it in the first place, many stop here and never know the joys of a higher possibilities. But not I, and I certainly hope not you. That second coming of your dancing is when you strip yourself bare and expose your soul to music and you let yourself truly articulate its rhythms and beats. Now like most people on this site, I chose partner dancing, which implies so much more. As a leader, you become the tool of implementation; you grow old of the days of throwing your partner from here to there without a care and laughing the whole way. NO NO NO...now you move on and up into a higher place where through subtle manipulations of free will and freedom you venture so near the line of who is leading and who is following that you no longer care. And why you ask...well because the music told you to, because now it is a partnership, because now you have allowed that individual to venture to a place that only you can take them because only you know the road you took to get there. Oh, now I know all of you followers are over there feeling mighty left out...but maybe you caught the subtle hints...TRUE partner dancing...is not partner dancing at all. No, I say to you...the real job of a leader is to make himself the invisible oil in the gears. Followers...they pay to see you! For stars know that we don't look good in dresses... (Not that I have ever done that...) and you alone can make the picture right. We give you speed and direction...the rest is up to you...how; when, why...so much more power then we'd ever care to admit. I don't know how I got on this rant...but I hope it gives an insight as to what I have discovered in myself and more so hope it helps you find something in you!

I'm Looking For
Unfortunately, being considered a professional now and working for the studio I do, any partnership will in all likelihood have to stay at the social level. I cannot compete outside my studios events and you as a partner cannot compete within said studios events. I want to get that said right off the bat, so there is no confusion. This in no way means that I would not be thrilled to find someone who I can count on and grow with. It would be great to have some students to protégé into the more advanced levels of ballroom dance. It would be greatly appreciated to have someone who is passionate enough about dancing so as not to be a flake. Biggest pet peeve I have is that very thing. I would in no way want to waste your time as I see it a valuable, please recognize that I want the same courtesy.
