More About Me
Latin dance is my passion in life, no matter whether I do it as student or teacher. I enjoy Ballroom (standard) dance too, but I am not as skilled as in Latin. Still I am willing to work equally hard at it, and look forward to acquiring more and more technique. I approach dance with my inner feelings and the music, although skill, beauty in movement, and technique are very important to me. I love to compete and in the past I have done pro-am and amateur competitions in America and Taipei Taiwan. My experience with dance began when I was 4 years old. Since then, I have studied tap dance, modern dance, jazz, a tiny bit of ballet, ballroom and latin dance in America (where I was born),Hong Kong (where I worked) and now Thailand (where I live)under excellent competiton teachers, Asian latin champions, Thailand latin and ballroom champions, and World latin Champions. I love free style and dance improvisation as well. I enjoy studying and working hard at that. Recently I built a small dance studio for my practice and lessons at my home. I am enjoying teaching students (salsa and Argentine Tango mostly). Dance partner! where are you!
I'm Looking For
It would be so great to have a dance partner for practice and competition sport dance. A dream come true! I am open to a special friendship/romance as well, but this is not essential if only a dance partnership appears. I enjoy the details of learning to dance, will work hard, and would appreciate a dance partner who is similarly dedicated, but who also knows how to enjoy himself in and out of dance.
