More About Me
I've taught Social Ballroom, but I enjoy dancing for fun more. I am a very talented dancer. I enjoy International and American style dances, but can't decide which way to stay...go. I'm used to dancing American style, but enjoy all the International Latin dances, as well as the Standard Foxtrot and Quickstep. However, I also like some American style - such as Viennese Waltz. Hmm..thought I liked more American style dances than that, Rumba...
Argentine Tango is fast becoming one of my favorite dances. Buenos Aires is my next destination.
I'm very flexible in my core, and project a lot of movement throughout my body, legs, arms and feet. You should see my Rumba. Dancing is very easy for me, and I enjoy freestyle and hip hop to all kinds of music.
I'm Looking For
I'm not necessarily looking for a dedicated partner right now, but would like to get out and dance and meet other dancers to see how serious I want to be in the near future.
I like confident, enthusiastic leads who lead with technique rather than strength. Some flexibility in core, legs and feet is important to achieve a nice, relaxed look, even if knowledge of steps is lacking.
In Argentine Tango, it's important to be a confident lead as I'm lacking the skills in this dance, but am an excellent follower (in just about any dance).
