More About Me
I consider myself somewhat of a beginner in most dance even though I started ballroom dance about 15 years ago. I initially danced for three years, then retired from dance for about 10 years. Over the last 3 years I have returned to dance as time would permit, taking private and class lessons in Hustle as well as Intermediate and social ballroom dance. I prefer smooth dance but would like to improve dance such as Salsa, Swing, Quickstep, Tango, etc. At this point I am interested in enjoying the activity of social dancing as well as refining my styling and dance technique, . As for my personality, most of my friends would say I am easy-going. I am somewhat reserve by nature in new places and prefer to stay out of the spotlight. I enjoy the more refined things in life, such as elegant dinning, fine wine and classical music (as well as ballroom) of course. I am passionate about the important things in life such as friendship, honesty, respect, consideration. I love being around people, but do not appreciate loud obnoxious individuals and crowds.
I'm Looking For
A dance partner with some dance experience, strives to be somewhat proficient at dance but also remembers that to dance is to have fun. I exercise on a regular basis, and prefer my partner to be at about the same fitness level, but of course, that is one the the reasons for dancing. It would be nice to partner with someone well grounded with decent principals, honesty and considerate.
