I am a professional looking to meet someone who is not into games. I enjoy many things, including: social dancing, ballroom dancing, and other activities. I am not necessarily looking for a long-term relationship, but would be open to one.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

I've been training with Paul and Olga Richardson for the past couple years. I've grown a lot during that time and I'm looking for a partner also interested in working towards high level competition.

Growing up in a lower-middle class family of seven, my parents were never able to enroll me in very many extracurricular activities, due to financial constraints. Now, as an adult, I have decided that I would like to live my dream of learning to ballroom dance. So, in August 2010, I enrolled in weekly ballroom dancing classes at a local dance studio in Batesville, AR. In December 2010, my teacher introduced me to the world of social ballroom dancing in a club in Little Rock, AR, where I now go on Friday nights when my daughter's extracurricular high school band schedule permits. Personally, I feel that I pick up dances quite easily. Also, my teacher says I am a very good follower. My favorite dances are the Waltz and Foxtrot, and I would very much like to learn the Viennese Waltz, the Argentine Tango, and the Quick Step. If someone out there will just have a little faith in me, I am very willing to learn. I just need to find the right partner---one who complements me and I, him!

I’ve taken ballroom lessons for 7 months. I would love a partner I can grow and learn with. I think having a dedicated dance/salsa partner would be better for me than various dancers at various levels.

So, who says that a woman can't find a man who really loves to dance? Here I am! If there is a woman out there who is seeking a dedicated social dance partner with determination to advance, then look no further! To excel at any one endeavor, I feel like you have to specialize and dance is what I've chosen for that purpose. While always striving to keep dancing fun, I do take it seriously and I have the ambition to work at being the best that I can be. I believe that a serious dancer progresses better and more rapidly by having a steady partner. In addition to my motivation and enthusiasm, it is my appreciation for and my loyalty and devotion to my partner and the way that I express it that sets me apart from others. While I am confident that I'm a good social dancer right now, I know that I still have a long ways to go. I've been dancing a long time, but I still want to learn and I am willing to practice. I'm particularly interested in doing more with hustle, west coast swing and salsa/mambo. I am open to learning new dances. It would be wonderful to find someone who can put a lot of time into dance, but I don't have specific requirements about any set amount of days or hours per week. I have been dancing at a studio for past 3 1/2 years. I have performed several choreographed showcases and am comfortable with Bronze-Silver level syllabus patterns. I have performed 4 of these showcases at competitions as well as competed in the Am level in smooth, rhythm, and latin. I have come to love dancing both competitively and socially. I am proficient in smooth, rhythm, latin, swing, tango and salsa.

I love Country music, but will dance to just about anything. Started line dancing in 2000; learned to two-step; know the basics of West Coast and East Coast Swing, as well as Night Club Two. I am part of a line dance team, but would enjoy getting back into some partner dancing again. Goals are to enjoy evenings out with friends listening and dancing to music.
