Just a man looking to dance and have a good time.I am excellent at breaking down steps and working to improve dancers,adding that extra touch to stand out on the dance floor. Gold and gold bar teacher at major studio in southern California.

Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

In addition to the dance degree, I have a master degree in sports psychology and coaching, and I am a personal trainer. Since age 15, I’ve been teaching groups and individuals at all levels in a variety of sports and movement disciplines, yoga, and meditation. I’ve been an actor at the National Theatre. I am now part of a contact impro dance ensemble. My dream is to create sensual duets, rooted in deep listening. I would love to combine different dance styles, like contemporary and zouk. I want to explore and find our unique flow, create a nurturing partnership, and for us to have a life style where we thrive and dance is the essence of it all. Regarding language, I am fluent in Norwegian and English. I used to speak Portuguese when I lived in Brazil, so I can probably relearn that quite quickly, and I am open to learning Spanish and French as well (I know some of the basics).

Rhythm Skater turned Salsero/Bachatero. After a decade of skating, I have found my true passion on the dance floor. I have been learning Salsa and Bachata for 6 months through socials and private lessons, and I practice at home 1 to 2 hours 4 to 5 days a week. Even though I am a beginner, I am motivated to train in hopes to dance Salsa at a competitive level. Hi, I‘m new into ballroom but I‘m already enjoying it very much. Dancing is my passion and I would love to find someone whom I can share this passion with. This someone has to be a little patient with me because I‘m beginner. But I am willing to dedicate to this with the right partner.

I am passionate about dancing and am told that I am good, unfortunately I have recently lost a wonderful dance partner and would dearly love another. I am told I that am glamorous on the dance floor and good fun, which I feel it has to be for a lovely evening of dancing. I have a lot of experience (years) with Lindy Hop and Salsa, but I’m still a beginner with Ballroom. I performed my first Waltz last year (2025) and this year I’m going to perform a Foxtrot with one of my teachers. I intend to perform Tango, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz in the future. Maybe a Cha Cha, too. We’ll see. I come from a background as a musician.

Did ballroom lessons during high school in guyana. We did mostly waltz and cha cha. I am open to learning related dance forms. I haven't danced in years because I haven't found a passionate dance partner or social events around. I miss that part of me and need someone willing to help me reconnect.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

I'm a professional musician and a natural mover / dancer. As for dance training, I began lessons as a child (tap, modern), during college joined a ballroom dance team (competed in Swing) and later as a young adult traveled to West Africa, Brazil, Europe and India to study their various cultural music and dance forms. For the past ten years I've been dancing salsa and bachata, blues fusion, micro fusion and other styles. Dancing is what makes me feel most alive! I would love to learn Tango next.
