My background includes coaching competitive university dance teams, choreographing for professional dance companies, and teaching in nightclubs, dance studios, on international dance cruises, and at major dance events.

Because of the unique opportunities in Los Angeles, I prefer to remain based here, though I may consider relocating—even internationally—for the right partnership and situation. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a musical theatre minor from USC and I am a member of SAG-AFTRA and the Choreographer’s Guild. My work includes dancing and choreography for numerous music video, stage, commercial, film, and television productions.

I’ve attended several new beginners courses in different countries over the years, but then couldn’t continue for various reasons. Now I’m hoping to make it work.

I am currently at a beginner bronze level in the Arthur Murray syllabus in American smooth and rhythm. I have competed at several Arthur Murray events including two dance o ramas. I am interested in continuing the American styles along with learning international as well. I would also like to expand my skills to west coast swing, argentine tango, and zouk. I am seeking a partner who would like to compete.

I am just about to take Argentine dance lessons (January 2026). I hope to be able to have the opportunity to dance outside of classes.

I took both some basic salsa and West Coast swing dance lessons around 2010. Do not remember much from them but am willing to practice with someone who wants to have fun dancing but has patience. I am hoping to take again lessons in at least one of these styles sometime this year (2026).

If I am able to find a good dance connection, I am no open you other styles as well.

As I like and learn a style, I am willing to spend more time practicing.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I discovered dancing ( modern jive) quite a few years ago and it has opened up a whole new social world for me, I have found to my surprise that I can actually string a few moves together and enjoy it very much . I'm not satisfied with the level that I am at and would like to meet a possible dance partner that perhaps i can gel with and hopefully improve my dancing. I enjoyed learning basic Argentine tango, but also loved west coast swing , I was struggling to do both so concentrated on west coast swing and although I enjoyed the music and dance style very much. My main interest is Argentine Tango, I have been attending classes and workshops for over 3 years, which is just long enough to discover how beautiful this dance form can be, I so want to improve my Tango skills and I'm prepared to put the work in to achieve that aim . I would so like to meet a follower with similar aspirations,to practice and go to events and workshops with and continue our journey together. I have been dancing socially for 10 years - contra, square, contra waltz, and occasionally other folk dances. I dance about once a month, and attend several weekend events per year with more advanced dances and workshops.

I am a computer professional. I love to dance, my goal is to be able to dance in any social situation that I find myself. I have competed in local competitions and performed in showcases in Illinois and Wisconsin. I would like to be able to continue to upgrade my skills for showcase events.

When I came to the US, at 19, I got hooked on rock, Disco/Hustle. I can ballroom dance a little but I've never had any training, although I can pick up anything very quickly. I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

I danced modern techniques years ago when I was in my 20s, and have always enjoyed dancing socially in clubs ... albeit not too frequently once I got into my 40s :) I started Argentine Tango during the summer of 2018, and I have become fairly obsessed with becoming a decent dancer.
