10-dancer of about 14 years. Recently moved to the Austin (TX) area from New York City. Looking to get back into the competitive dance scene. My recent trainers are Ina Jeliazkova, Olga Tsikalyuk, Frantseska Yordanova, to name a few.

Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never had a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle.

I do standard, Latin, and smooth. I would like to practice with my partner a few times a week and grow together on the skill level. The goal is to compete in the amateurs for Novice, pre-champ, and champ.

I am learning and having lots of fun while doing so, but my dancing could be so much more with a good, dedicated dancer.

More than willing to concentrate on any one particular dance/style if partner has a preference, but I do hope to find a partner that likes to dance everything.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I'm currently learning International Style Standard and Latin dances and been completing in both of those as a silver level pro/am couple. I have also completed in American Style Smooth and Rhythm dances at the Gold level as pro/am. In my spare time, I do a lot of social dancing in Country & Western, West Coast Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Lindy, Argentina Tango, Modern and a few others.

I am taking private and group lessons at difference place around the DC area. I have been told that I have an excellence lead and form, dance floor present and craft, and rapid learner. I'm constantly learning and trying new material in order to give my dancing more dazzle to include tinkling with lifts and drops.

Willing to drive. Used to dance and getting back into it. Samba was my favorite, then waltz, cha cha, tango, quickstep, jive in that order. Rumba and foxtrot are ok too. Practicing by myself is boring. My body mechanics/level are probably higher than the steps/level that I know since I used to do a lot of other sports and music.

I competed for many years in International Standard. My former partner recently decided to retire from practicing or competing in Standard and I'm looking for a new partner for practice and, perhaps, competition.

I like cha cha, swing, foxtrot, night club 2 step, west coast, samba. Most kinds of dance music.

Learning club salsa for fun.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

Starting with medals as a child I have danced on and off all of my life. I competed at Amateur level in Australia for 10 years (International Ballroom and Latin) but stopped 4 years ago. Started with Bush dancing, went onto Ballroom, then picked up Ballet, Jazz & Tap. About 10 years ago I picked up R&R & Swing Dancing. I am still part of a Tap Troupe, I teach during the day in my own business, & I dance R&R & Swing socially with weekly lessons, & I attend CPD workshops in blues & solo swing in Melbourne regularly (I am the lead mostly so I can keep burning the dance floor all night). Processing a recent loss, taking life one step at a time, not quite back to dating yet, although will soon.

Enjoy multiple dance styles, walking and weight training as part of being physically fit. There are other exercise activities that I’ve done, and would like to find someone who might be interested in sharing a few of them occasionally. The styles of dancing I have done are mostly Rock 'n' Roll and Swing. Have done ballroom in the past and enjoyed ballroom very much but did not have a partner to continue ballroom with so I stopped. I have also danced ceroc and will be going back to get into again as this style of dancing is a mix of rock 'n' roll, latin, swing and salsa. It is very interesting and sexy at the same time.

Mom and Dad were the First to start Ballroom Dancing as therapy after my dad had a stoke. My niece was next to get going and I have finally been pulled into Ballroom. I Used to be a Trumpet player for the defense of the country, but now I can be found dancing to the music instead of performing. 17 years of group classes and about 6 of private lessons. Mostly American styles, but have been getting into International lately.
