Im looking for a partner to practice and compete with in the northeast.

I took private lessons in Oklahoma around 2005 and Tacoma, WA around 2008-2010

I have been a dance instructor for the past 30 years. Owning studios in both South Africa and the USA. I teach all forms of social and competitive dancing and have competed for the past 30 years in both pro-am amd professional sections. I love to go out social dacing as it is a great form of exercise and entertainment, I am most energetic and love all kinds of physical activities. I love Rock n' Roll, Salsa, and Argentine Tango. Well all dancing is good with the right partner, my idea is to have fun and love what you are doing. So chemistry plays a big part. I love being outdoors when I am not dancing. Bicycle riding, running, swimming, golf, or just relaxing at the pool is good. I eat healthy and look after my body amd spirit, Definately a NON SMOKER.

I have practiced dancing Latin and ballroom dance for about ten years now and would like to meet up with someone who likes to dance as much as me.

I would like to meet someone who knows how to dance, hopefully at par with me.

Ideally, I would like to go to dance events and have a good time, if we get along well, I would like to train for competitions.

I have taken a few semesters of Latin Dance and Social Dance at Mt. San Antonio College and it was a life changing experience, I just wish I had a dance partner to practice with and help me learn.

I dance Standard, Latin, and Smooth, and I'm looking for a partner to practice with a few times a week so we can grow together. My goal is to compete in Amateur Novice, Pre-Championship, and Championship categories. I’ve been dancing Standard and Latin for almost three years, am deeply passionate about ballroom, and am highly dedicated to private training.

I was a professional ballet dancer for several years, and when I "retired" due to an injury, I began ballroom dancing around 2012. For the past several years I have been competing pro-am smooth at open level, a few competitions per year. (I also did Latin and standard many years ago and would be interested in picking them back up, especially standard.) I currently dance at Ballroom Village in Loudon County, VA and have done coachings through that studio and through dance camps across the country.

Former dance studio owner and dance teacher for 20 years. I taught children primarily hip hop, breaking & jazz. I taught adults Latin and ballroom up to bronze level. I’ve recently returned to dance classes after 4 years of not dancing. NY Hustle is my first love.

I do most of the ballroom dances; swing, foxtrot, west coast swing, salsa, cha cha, samba, bachata, Argentine tango, American tango, rumba, lindy hop, foxtrot, waltz, viennese waltz, quickstep, meringue, bolero, country two step, and night club two step.

What can I say, dancing is my passion. When I am not dancing I am dreaming about dancing! West Coast Swing is my favorite, but country 2-step & line dancing are a close 2nd. I'm currently teaching WCS, and country partner & line dances a couple times a month and hold a social dance once month. I also teach at the local country bar. My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

At last competitions I was competing at Intermediate level on the Open Competition Circuit where I have was placing in the finals. Though the experience is not crucial, I also have been a beginner, you want to have some ideas of basics. It will make you easier to enjoy the free diving in the music, to develop your body to create a moving sculpture, and to feel the pleasure of your inner running strength without manual labor.

Took ballroom lessons late 70's. Stuck with Latin Hustle (called syncopated hustle now), cha-cha, swing -- since that's what everyone danced in the clubs--prefer Euro music beats (disco/dance music); this music complements hustle. Rusty on the traditional ballroom so I've gone back to refresh. Dance for fun/social--not the competition (any more). As for my background: born in Italy, grew up in Elizabeth NJ, lived in Virginia and have been in Georgia for quite a few years.
