My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

Dancing ballroom for about 4 years, goals are always to improve and and find the best dance partner!

Dancing invigorates, impassions, and absorbs me. I can't get enough of it. I would practice everyday, all day long, but unfortunately I have to have an income. :)

Presently, I am focusing on Ballroom and West Coast Swing. I have taken WCS lessons with Danielle Blouin and Hugo Miguez and Stacy Kay. I still love salsa and hustle though, and am open to A. Tango, but I can't just do A. Tango, I need variety.

Being an former gymnast and yoga teacher, I have quite a bit of flexibility and strength. I would enjoy doing aerial, lifts, and dips. Just after our "At the Hop" performance in Gulfport, FL. A regular in the audience mistook me for an 18 year old. LOL I have fun! I love to perform, but don't have to compete (theater arts is appropriate). I like the hard stuff.

On the personal side, I am a vegetarian and am into healthy eating and healthy living. I also love music, art, architecture, theater, swimming, walks on the beach, and out in nature.

Dance is a beautiful art Form that I wish to be able to share with my partner and the world by performing exquisitely.

I have danced competitively for three years with the MIT Ballroom Dance Team and have competed last in Standard pre-champ and Latin Gold. In addition, I occasionally have done pick-up Smooth on the Silver. Due to job related relocations, I was not able to dance for years, but am now back on the floor. I enjoy practicing, competing, and improving. Next to focusing on technique, I like to work on the character of each dance.

I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never had a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle.

I was a ballroom instructor for 15 years. No longer an instructor, I now enjoy social dancing for fun and excitement. I most enjoy the smooth or standard dances for their flow of movement.

I am from Europe. I've been a professional skater, and skating coach. For the past fourteen years I've taken classes in Argentine tango, salsa, west coast swing, and cha cha. I've taught others how to do Argentine tango.

I have no experience on dancing. I'd be happy to learn and enjoy dancing on myself and also on a partner.

Well I got into Ballroom dancing a few months ago after watching Dancing with The Stars on tv. I just graduated with my masters degree and currently looking for a job, so more lesson are temporarily on hold, but I still go dancing at least once a week. I have access to a dance ballroom dance floor so I can practice any time I want. The dances that I am currently studying are Waltz, Foxtrot, Rhamba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, and my all time favorite the Tango (American). But I do wish to expand my repertoire into International Rhumba and Bolero.

My balancing skills have improved and I'm ready to get it going with a special partner.

I love live music and will travel pretty far to find it, but I can’t dance alone, hence this search. My last dance partner lives in Austin and used to come to Houston for work, but not since Covid. Houston’s dancehalls are all closing, so I will travel for good music and a good dance floor - especially if I have someone to dance with. I love old dancehalls with real hardwoods best - big with lots of room - and I prefer live music, but dancing is like breathing for me, so I will dance to my iPhone in my living room when I can’t go out (sanded mesquite hardwoods and over 1,000 square feet with pathways for moving).

I rarely sit a song out, so please have stamina or be willing to treat dance night as your Cardio workout for the week. I have 2 kids and a demanding career, so I’m not looking for anything romantic unless that comes naturally. I just want to have some plain clean fun dancing. I miss the days when guys would ask girls they’ve never met to dance - if you want to dance with other girls, I’m all for it - just give me my fair share unless some other guys get up the nerves to ask me. I enjoy all kinds of music and dancing, and I’m open to trying new stuff, but country-western is my favorite - especially the upbeat polkas - so I’m looking for someone who can keep up and enjoys that as well. I don’t like tons of spinning - I like to fly on the dance floor.

I travel regularly to watch rodeos, explore new horseback riding experiences, trying to frequent the Western heritage towns and venues to help keep them going and as investigative work for a family-friendly dancehall I am trying to open in Houston once the pandemic subsides. I've been dancing since I was 17. Although I do the Waltz and Continuity, I prefer the American Rhythm and East Coast Swing, although I am open to learning others. At one time I was proficient with West Coast Swing, but haven't had a partner for it in a number of years and have lost most of it. When I was doing West Coast it was my favorite. Before my wife's dementia we danced 4-5 times a week. I have had lessons at Fred Astaire, Arthur Murray and several independent studios. Although I am 88, most people say I appear early 70s and some even guess 60s. As I mentioned, my wife has dementia. She knows me; she sleeps sometimes 20 hours a day or more and rarely leaves our apartment. She has suggested that I find a new dance partner.
