Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never had a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle.

I have no experience on dancing. I'd be happy to learn and enjoy dancing on myself and also on a partner.

I am a former dance teacher with 20+ years of experience. I am dancing for me now and would like to find a partner for social, competition, and exhibition dancing. To be specific, I want to master the Argentine Tango. I wish I had photos and videos of me on the dance floor. Those were destroyed by a hurricane when I was living on my boat in South Florida..

Well I got into Ballroom dancing a few months ago after watching Dancing with The Stars on tv. I just graduated with my masters degree and currently looking for a job, so more lesson are temporarily on hold, but I still go dancing at least once a week. I have access to a dance ballroom dance floor so I can practice any time I want. The dances that I am currently studying are Waltz, Foxtrot, Rhamba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, and my all time favorite the Tango (American). But I do wish to expand my repertoire into International Rhumba and Bolero.

Enjoy ballroom both American and International. Favorite dances are foxtrot, rumba, bolero, cha cha, tango, Viennese waltz, quickstep, country 2-step, hustle, salsa & bachata.

I like to travel and also enjoy swimming and boating, skiing, art galleries and watching football games.

I enjoy a lot of activities - but dancing is the best.

I competed for many years in International Standard. My former partner recently decided to retire from practicing or competing in Standard and I'm looking for a new partner for practice and, perhaps, competition.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I am a social dancer trying to improve.

I'm VERY confident leading rumba, east coast swing, hustle, and American tango.

I probably don't bore my followers dancing American waltz, fox trot, west coast swing, and cha-cha.

I'm 'working on' samba, salsa, merengue, and bachata.

I would like to learn Viennese waltz.

I love living life to the fullest. I am a high energy gal and especially like travel, the beach, music, dancing, skiing, dining out, movies, reading, in-line skating, great adventures, hiking, and always open to new experiences.

Dancing, as of late, is at the top of my list. I would love to find a partner to learn and grow with.

I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Like most dancers, I was knocked out of the dance world for two years. I recently got back into it and was delightfully pleased that I didn't lose any ground. Maybe a wee rusty in a few styles, but I'm working out the kinks. My three favorite dance styles are still WCS, NC2, and Argentine Tango, which I can integregate into a fusion and delectably paint the floor. During the pandemic, I substituted dance with yoga. My balancing skills have improved and I'm ready to get it going with a special partner.

I like to polka (fast waltz, as I understand it, but like playing rummy, people have different styles) and 3-step best - basically I like to fly and cover a lot of ground. I can and will 2-step if the song is fast enough that I can’t keep a polka up, but I find it lop-sided as half my body gets worked more than the other - definitely invented by cowboys with back problems, but I’m a Texan thru and thru and will always honor the traditional dances.

I love live music and will travel pretty far to find it, but I can’t dance alone, hence this search. My last dance partner lives in Austin and used to come to Houston for work, but not since Covid. Houston’s dancehalls are all closing, so I will travel for good music and a good dance floor - especially if I have someone to dance with. I love old dancehalls with real hardwoods best - big with lots of room - and I prefer live music, but dancing is like breathing for me, so I will dance to my iPhone in my living room when I can’t go out (sanded mesquite hardwoods and over 1,000 square feet with pathways for moving).

I rarely sit a song out, so please have stamina or be willing to treat dance night as your Cardio workout for the week. I have 2 kids and a demanding career, so I’m not looking for anything romantic unless that comes naturally. I just want to have some plain clean fun dancing. I miss the days when guys would ask girls they’ve never met to dance - if you want to dance with other girls, I’m all for it - just give me my fair share unless some other guys get up the nerves to ask me. I enjoy all kinds of music and dancing, and I’m open to trying new stuff, but country-western is my favorite - especially the upbeat polkas - so I’m looking for someone who can keep up and enjoys that as well. I don’t like tons of spinning - I like to fly on the dance floor.

I travel regularly to watch rodeos, explore new horseback riding experiences, trying to frequent the Western heritage towns and venues to help keep them going and as investigative work for a family-friendly dancehall I am trying to open in Houston once the pandemic subsides. So I’m open to traveling, but if a good dance partner surfaces from this, I’d want him to travel my way too - or meet in the middle. My boys are 8 and 2 and I’m trying to teach my son to dance, so I also love community dance halls like the VA and KofC halls.

Looking to continue competing Open and Rising Star in Smooth or Standard. Have Rhythm and Latin training. I'd be open to 9 dance, but not 10 dance. My first preference would be to dance smooth.

Have won multiple competitions in open professional and rising star.

I do have a very successful business and have won multiple top teacher awards in pro/am. I have also ranked in the Global Dancesport series, world pro/am dancesport series, and MIB circuit.

I have the ability to bring people to Columbus, Ohio if necessary, but I am willing to commute and would consider moving.

Open standard dancer

I've been dancing since I was 17. Although I do the Waltz and Continuity, I prefer the American Rhythm and East Coast Swing, although I am open to learning others. At one time I was proficient with West Coast Swing, but haven't had a partner for it in a number of years and have lost most of it. When I was doing West Coast it was my favorite. Before my wife's dementia we danced 4-5 times a week. I have had lessons at Fred Astaire, Arthur Murray and several independent studios. Although I am 88, most people say I appear early 70s and some even guess 60s. As I mentioned, my wife has dementia. She knows me; she sleeps sometimes 20 hours a day or more and rarely leaves our apartment. She has suggested that I find a new dance partner.

all the old hollywood musicals, also love to sing, sinatra, broadway etc.

I do alot of sports in the summer, namely boating, skating, and cycling.

I attend many outdoor venues, to dance concerts, etc;

I love to travel, cookout, and attend some high level parties, when possible;
