I am a pharmacist and the father of 2 sons, ages 32 and 29. I am active, fun, and fit. My interests are running, tennis, working out, and ballroom dance. I enjoy dancing very much and feel like it would be really nice to have a regular partner to learn with and be able to practice more. I especially like swing, cha cha, rumba, and hustle. We do waltz, fox trot, and tango. I am in a group doing salsa now and would like to do more salsa and merengue in the future.

I do most of the ballroom dances; swing, foxtrot, west coast swing, salsa, cha cha, samba, bachata, Argentine tango, American tango, rumba, lindy hop, foxtrot, waltz, viennese waltz, quickstep, meringue, bolero, country two step, and night club two step.

I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

I just love dancing. I took lessons several years ago, but in South Dakota where I raised my family, there aren't that many places and opportunities to dance. I recently found a great "teacher"/dance partner who taught me A LOT, but he's not always available. He told me I'm a great follow, have nice rhythm, am a quick learner, and have infectious energy. He's really impressed with how much I've learned and how quickly. I don't currently dance competitively, but if that's something someone is interested in, I would consider it.

High level in hustle and other night club dances. Frequent competitor both in Los Angeles and elsewhere. Also showcases. Have brought my American rhythm and smooth back up to silver or gold level in order to compete in 9 dance. Currently taking about 6 hours of privates a week and practicing a similar amount. I'm serious. Life doesn't last forever, I started out in this way to late and am doing everything I can to catch up. My wife has no interest in dancing but fully supports my dance activities. Prior to covid I attended Toronto Salsa/Bachata Congress, Las Vegas Open, and numerous local events such as Emerald Ball but now lessons, practice, and tea dances.

I loveto dance; and watch

all the old hollywood musicals, also love to sing, sinatra, broadway etc.

I do alot of sports in the summer, namely boating, skating, and cycling.

I attend many outdoor venues, to dance concerts, etc;

I love to travel, cookout, and attend some high level parties, when possible;

I want to meet someone, who is into all these things, plus the gym, and is a big kid like me, that loves to explore life, and new adventures

Spent the last10 years falling deeply in love with West Coast Swing and the vibrant thrill of sensuous dancing.

Interests are in Tango, swing, swing fusion, developing West Coast swing skills... I do Israeli and international and Zydeco as well. Love contra because of the people. Just moved to the Chicago area.

I've been learning/practicing mambo/salsa for about 2 years and take classes and/or go out social dancing 2-4 times a week. Recently I started Casino de Rueda at the UofM/Ann Arbor on Monday nights. Love to go to the local clubs in Ann Arbor and the Detroit area as well as the Monthly Yoruba Andabo salsa socials. Yeah, I'm hooked. I trained in dance and free skating and ice dancing throughout childhood and my 20s. I have always done some sort of movement or dance throughout my life. In 2005 I got into social dancing and Argentine Tango. In 2021 I started lessons to learn all of the dances and am now going to compete in UCWDC

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I have been dancing almost 10 years. While I like all Ballroom/Latin dances my current favorites are: West Coast Swing, Salsa, Shag, Country and Night Club Two Steps. I dance at least 3-4 times a week and try to squeeze a lesson in during that time. I enjoy the exercise and the freedom you get during that 3 to 3-1/2 minutes. We have a chance to become a different person. Depending on the dance/song/partner it can be very sexy.

I am strictly a social/fun dancer. Competition type dancing is definitely not me. Even though I like to have fun, I am always looking to improve when I can. The attraction to dance is the variety and the chance to take it anywhere you want to go with it.
