I have tried to upload a recent photo but they keep telling me it won't fit. I have been dancing for over 50 years. I love the Western Waltz, 2-Step, 10-Step, Cotton-eye Joe, Western swing, Polka, 60's, 70's style, Square (been awhile). I learn quick if someone wants to teach me a new move.

I enjoy cooking, live stage shows, flea markets, art shows, community activities.

I will be enjoying one of the many things in my bucket list. I have accomplished every one I have planned on so far. My next big one is finding the partner for me. Are you him?

Just a man looking to dance and have a good time.I am excellent at breaking down steps and working to improve dancers,adding that extra touch to stand out on the dance floor. Gold and gold bar teacher at major studio in southern California.

Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

It is difficult to find the right partner from reading only a bio. I am willing to travel to or part way to test out dancing together. Trying out dancing together along with conversation is, I believe, the only way to find the right dance partner. I trained for 14 years in ballet. Shortly after entering the pro division, covid arrived and we were sent home, as most were, to await further instruction. It was during this time that I discovered ballroom and absolutely fell in love with it. I have been teaching and competing in ballroom for 4.5 years, but have not yet found the right partner; someone who is as dedicated to growing into a partnership thru working together and accomplishing common goals.

I dance primarily country and absolutely love to dance. Two step, West Coast, Hustle being my favorites. I have experience teaching and can fast track you up to speed quickly. I have a lot of energy and need that from my partner as well.

I practice whenever there is an opportunity but enjoy dancing for the sheer joy of the mastery of it and moving and expressing ourselves to the music. Performing is fun too! I dance at intermediate level, am looking for someone who, like me, enjoys dancing and getting better at it which keeps it interesting, my partner should already know lead basics OR really want to learn how including putting in a little time to make good muscle memories. I enjoy salon, milonga, and close embrace and slower as well as faster tango, valse, milonga and even nuevo tango music.

We could meet at a milonga or a classic class with Paul Parmentier in Henderson. I spend about $15 a lesson but will treat myself to lessons with super pro leads every now and then just for the wonder of the experience.

My favorite studio is Atomic Ballroom in California but milongas in town here can be satisfying too.

I started beginner Lindy Hop lessons in February (2024) and have since advanced to intermediate. I LOVE dancing swing and don't quite get my fill through lessons and social dances. I'd like to practice about twice a week, but it's hard to practice swing dancing alone!
