My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I would like to dance for fitness and romance.

I have two great passions in life: literature and dance. To me, dance is one of the most powerful forms of storytelling and self-expression. I value having a strong partnership both on and off the floor: someone I can work hard with, laugh with, grow with, and genuinely connect to through movement.

I’m goofy and love to joke around at times during practice, but I also take dancing seriously and care deeply about improving. I am new in San Marcos, are there any places to dance near here? I used to teach Ballroom, Swing (East and West Coast)and Salsa. Perhaps I'll see you while I am out dancing - I always like to dance fancy steps, because they are more fun, and I don't want to dance like a clone - just marching or walking around the floor; however, if my partner is a beginner I can dance using more basic steps. I always wear a cool hat when I come and go as it keeps my head warm. Also, I am allergic to cats and don't have the time that other pets need - especially dogs, dogs are nice but require a lot of time and attention - I don't want to be cruel, so I have no pets.

My favorite dance is salsa which is what I have the most experience in. I took classes for a couple of years and I take various workshops when I can. I also like other Latin dances such as cha cha and bachata in that order. I know those dances a little but not as much as I know salsa. I'm also open to learning other dances. Besides dancing, I work out 3-4 days a week work 40 hrs and try to enjoy as much free time as possible. For hobbies, I'm into home automation and electronics. High level in hustle and other night club dances. Frequent competitor both in Los Angeles and elsewhere. Also showcases. Have brought my American rhythm and smooth back up to silver or gold level in order to compete in 9 dance. Currently taking about 6 hours of privates a week and practicing a similar amount. I'm serious. Life doesn't last forever, I started out in this way to late and am doing everything I can to catch up. My wife has no interest in dancing but fully supports my dance activities. By trade I am an electrical engineer. I started dancing at 15 years ago. I am a pro dancer in hustle only. I'm still an amateur in the other dances.

As far as ballroom goes, I am most proficient in american style. I go ballroom dancing socially about 2 times a week. I would love to compete some day should I find a partner to do so with, though I would need more formal training in ballroom to clean up some technique.

I discovered ballroom dancing in 2016, and knew it was for me. Began my dance study (if you will) in group classes and then added private lessons. Early in 2018, I focused on Smooth and in recent months, I added more of the Rhythm dances. I continue to work on and improve my following skills in both group and private lessons.

It seems it requires practice, practice, practice... and then sometimes, I just gotta relax, laugh at myself, and just enjoy moving around the floor. You know, and actually enjoy the music and dance.

I have studied salsa for about 6 months taking private lessons. I need to practice more so if you are around my level and want to practice too let me know. My wife is learning too but doesn't like practicing as much so I need a dance partner.

I danced a bit of hip hop growing up and was always surrounded by dancers. But it wasnt till 5 years ago that a friend showed me a basic rumba step and i was hooked i have been dancing on and off since then.

I had the privilege of performing this year and loved it. My goal in the next 2 years is to get paid to perform on stage and for that i need to practice. I love fusion partner dance and im particularly drawn to to micro movements of kisomba and the footwork of salsa. Of this list i am most experienced in bachata salsa and kisomba. I would love to set a goal with you and work towards it

Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never had a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle.

I recently moved up to prechamp in standard and have placed well in the last 2 comps.

Ample competition experience at WDSF level both latin and standard

I am a newer professional. I was have been dancing ballroom for roughly 6 years, of those 6 years I have been dancing professionally for one year (in march 2025). Prior to dancing ballroom I was in a theater group for roughly 15 years and participated in theater in high school and college. I was also a member of the Yellow Rose Cloggers of Ohio for roughly 3 years. I enjoy dancing American Rhythm and Theater Arts. As a an amateur dancer I was a finalist in American rhythm championships and scholarships as well as a national and regional winner in the Novelty category for solos and showcases. As a professional I have been a finalist in Mixed Novice as well as a Mixed Novice winner. Recently competed in the VIC National completion in American Smooth and Rhythm as well as Pre-Champ. In my first year as professional I have just been exploring the professional route and focusing on transitioning my dancing from amateur to professional.
