I have been taking dance lessons for 3 years now. I love the social aspect and challenge of the sport. I am open to learning all styles of dance. My favorite so far are salsa, east coast, west coast, and nightclub two step. My goals in dance are to become an overall better dancer and more confident. I work hard and always try my best to put into practice what I learn. Most of all I aim to have fun.

When I was 10, I started to learn basic steps during the after school course for 2 years. At the age of 12, I joined a professional dance studio where I trained with other teenagers. After just a few months of regular and intensive dance classes, my coach decided I should take part in ballroom dance competitions at the regional level first. I made a quick progress and improved my technique. Since then I almost always made it to the final. After 7 years of dancing with the same partner, we won a national competition in Ballroom and Latin becoming Champions of Poland in 10 dances. Unfortunately, shortly after such a great success, I had to quit my biggest ever passion which was and still is ballroom dancing.

Have competed pro-am in Silver Smooth and Rhythm with a US finalist in Rhythm and former North American Champion. I have taken coachings from some of the best in the country including Rufis Dustin, Michael Champman, Jean Marc Genereux and Charles and Jean Penatello. I dance because it's fun. My ultimate goal is to the best dancer I can be. I like to perform and compete and am definitely open to both.

Looking for someone who is willing to practice 4hrs a day 5days a week or more. Wanting to compete internationally as well as nationally. Goal is to make finales at the competitions we attend.

I have been dancing for two years and going to a dance studio around 10 hours a week. I love ballroom dancing, smooth and swing, although I dance some of the Latin dances as well I have recently been at a South Florida dance competition where I was awarded first price for a solo dance with one of my instructors and several other awards for American Walt and tango, foxtrot and vienesse waltz. I am very active and love dancing and having fun.

Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never found a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle. I began ballroom dancing about 15 years ago and consider myself a solid bronze-level dancer, although I’m comfortable following a more advanced lead. I haven’t focused heavily on advancing through additional levels simply because finding a compatible dance partner in my area who can confidently lead at my current level has been challenging.

I love dancing to live music. I want to learn more Lindy Hop moves- I already know the basics. I haven’t had lessons but I’d like to try some acrobatic dancing .But, I love all kinds of music.I go out dancing Friday, Saturday, , Sunday, and sometimes Tuesday ., sometimes for 6 hours at a time . I love R&B, hip-hop, jazz ,Irish music, cover bands are fun . I can also waltz and polka .I also take power walks every day, and do yoga weekly, in addition to dancing ( to stay in shape).

Among many of my interests in arts, I love dancing because of the music, particularly the Latin musics. I have been considered as a nature, smooth dancer and good follower.

Well, to do it right, I used to take several ballroom dance lessons per week - even thought I have socially danced in college.

Update in 2005 - I am a pretty good ballroom dancer by now. I would like to learn more fancy steps. In this case, a constant dance partner would be necessary for both of us to progress along. Been practicing Latin dances for a little over a year and would like to move from beginner to intermediate/ advanced.

Hello:) I have been dancing since I was 5 years old. Started with belly dance and have danced all typical dance styles - mostly modern. I was a competitive athlete in gymnastics and acrobatics. A long time performer in acrobatics, dance and magic, I am currently still performing. Good sense of humor, great work ethic and enthusiastic/passionate about dance.

I dance 4 - 6 times per week primarily for exercise. I love it and would love to find a partner to attend dances with and take lessons with. Recently, due to no longer having a regular local Ballroom dance partner, I started attending Senior Ballet and Tap Dancing classes, as well as periodically attending a Scottish Country Dancing group - just in order to be dancing; I have found immense enjoyment in these forms of dance. Through dancing, my appreciation and enjoyment of music has also developed and widened.

Whilst just a social dancer, I aim to dance to the very best of my ability, learn new things and to have fun!

I am told that I am a good follower, am light on my feet and have good timing.

I have been learning all forms of ballroom for two years. I have la good foundation in the latin/ rhythm dances which I have competed in with my instructor. I hope to continue learning with an amateur partner so I can get more practice and develop further. I'm not married to one path or type of dance at this point.

I competed for many years in Amateur Open Championship and Senior I Championship in International Standard in the US and I would love to compete in Europe as well. I have won most major Prechamp competitions in the USA, and my most highest national result was 3rd place in USA National Championships in Senior 1 Standard in 2015. I worked among others with Ieva Pauksena, Danny Quilliam, Anna Mikhed, Paul Holmes, Maria Hansen, Alexander Voskalchuk, Pierre Allaire, and Mireille Veilleux.

Getting weary of 'no partner required' dancing.

I have been ballroom dancing for at least 20 years, performed with the BYU ballroom team in 1982, and have taught beginning and intermediate courses in the community for over 10 years. I have 2 adult children who have placed nationally.

I would like to compete and perform at the senior level for standard, rhythm, Latin, smooth.
