I competed for many years in International Standard. My former partner recently decided to retire from practicing or competing in Standard and I'm looking for a new partner for practice and, perhaps, competition.

I will be in Madrid from 9 January 2020 through 3 February 2020 and would like to attend one or more Tango Milongas or Practicas.

I am a beginning to intedrmediate Argentine Tango dancer looking for a partner who is serious about learning and practicing. I am also an advanced Salsa (and Merengue, Cha-cha and Bachata) dancer looking for a regular practice partner to improve my skills and to practice turn patterns before taking them out on the floor.

Although I am over 60 I think I dance at a "younger" level, whatever that means. I work out regularly and have the stamina to dance for three or four hours at a time.

I am an experienced dancer and have been dancing Salsa about fifteen years and regularly teach private lessons. My primary interest is in Argentine Tango and Latin "club style" dancing, but I would also be willing to work with a partner to learn other dances such as Samba, Kizomba, or West Coast Swing.

I'm a light follow and pick up quickly and have been told twice in the last month at different salsa dances that I'm an artistic dancer (in my mind that means I'm flailing around, but my partners all seem to have fun, so I dunno). I've had instructions in all these areas over the years and really enjoy all of them but get bored easily when it's the same style over and over and over and...so Tango came along about six months before Covid, and, although a bit...okay...REALLY intimidating, I enjoyed everything about it, and it was never boring. My goal is to become a better dance partner at social dances so that whomever my partner is in that moment, he will enjoy his time with me.

I love all types of dance - I got into East Coast Swing, Lindy, Balboa, etc many years ago, but had to take an extended break. I've been doing a lot of work on my physical fitness and am ready to dance again - better than ever (I hope :)). Currently, I'm taking classes in Lindy and East Coast Swing! It is difficult to find the right partner from reading only a bio. I am willing to travel to or part way to test out dancing together. Trying out dancing together along with conversation is, I believe, the only way to find the right dance partner. I trained for 14 years in ballet. I'm a full time dance instructor and fitness coach in the DC metro area. I've taught ballroom dance since 2018 and I'm professionally certified in Bronze American Smooth and Rhythm through Dance Vision.

I've been a square and round dancer for many years. I dance MS, Plus, and Advanced squares. My real love, however, are the round dance rhythms: waltz, foxtrot, bolero, slow two step, west coast swing, cha, rumba, and two step keeps me on the dance floor and at lessons most of the time. I'd like to learn tango, quickstep, and any other rhythm someone can teach me. I like to move with grace, enthusiasm, and skill. I've got to say I have good habits of hygiene (something I've found not all dancers possess), show up when I say I will, and like to dance every dance I can.

A dancer across multiple styles that walks and weight trains as part of being physically fit. There are other exercise activities that I’ve done, and would like to find someone who might be interested in sharing a few of them occasionally. I like attending dances at least twice per month, and sometimes life gets in the way of more ... lol ... sometimes.

Regarding the 1 hour of practice four per week listed on my profile, that is at least 2 group lessons, 1 private, and 1 practice at a minimum. I've competed and performed, open to such again, and open to taking lessons together, yet flexible on all of those.

Enjoy being affectionate, conversational, and playful, while good with both staying in or going out. Like spending time with family, cooking, growing a relationship, my business, and flowers and veggies too. With the latter, I could use a better green thumb. ; )

I'm a beginner salsa/bachata dancer with about one year of experience looking for a partner to practice with once or twice per week. Wife isn't really into it so she is now finally supporting my newfound passion! An ideal situation would involve finding someone who could join me for private lessons once or twice per week. I am an active, social person who enjoys dancing, playing tennis and spending time with friends. I recently started getting more into ballroom dancing and am looking for a partner to practice with and join me at social dances (and, who knows, if we are good enough we could possibly even consider entering competitions in the future -- but that is definitely not a requirement).
