Getting weary of 'no partner required' dancing.

I am a female dancer seeking a leader. I have been dancing for just over a year but I am really keen to do more dancing this year and to improve further.

Started Shag Dancing 1993, collect Beach Music.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

I have always loved music and movement. My background is mainly freestyle dancing to hip-hop, R&B, house and club music, and I'm looking to take things further by learning proper partner dancing. I train regularly and enjoy yoga, mobility work and Animal Flow, so movement is a big part of my life. I'm easy-going, committed and enjoy challenging myself. My goal is to become a confident, smooth social dancer, have fun, and build a great connection with the right partner.

I practice 5-6 days a week and go to private lessons a few times per month. I have an online subscription to Koros App

Proficiency level of my dance partner doesn't matter, beginners are welcome. I tried changing the selection to "I don't care" but can't get the choice to make it into my profile. Dance skills 5, computer skills 0!

I dance mainly ballroom standard and Latin and New Vogue. I currently live in Queenstown travel a lot to Christchurch for dance tuition. Have had 12yrs experience in ballroom competitions. I have just competed in the 2025 NZ National Championships and retuned home with 2 off 1st, a 2nd and 3rd placing in Masters ProAm New Vogue. I plan to do more ProAm competitions and concentrate on improving my latin and ballroom.

Hi I've been doing ballroom dancing on and off since childhood but never had a regular partner. It's difficult to say my level - it varies according to the dance! I am generally somewhere between bronze and silver I think. I've recently started learning sequence dances as a way to keep dancing though I would love to do more freestyle.

I am looking for a dance partner to do social dances with, and maybe spend some time working out some routines together.

I competed for many years in International Standard. My former partner recently decided to retire from practicing or competing in Standard and I'm looking for a new partner for practice and, perhaps, competition.

I have been country dancing, 2-step & line dancing for over 30 years. I have taken a few swing dance lessons. Places I dance at are Montana's, Cowboy Palace, Borderline events, The Ranch, wineries in Thousand Oaks, Camarillo and Oxnard.
