Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

I was a ballroom instructor for 15 years. No longer an instructor, I now enjoy social dancing for fun and excitement. I most enjoy the smooth or standard dances for their flow of movement.

I took lessons for about two years at Pollock Dance Studio, until it closed in 2013. Since then, I've been taking lessons run by the City, the TDSB, and Dance Club Blue Silver. I also generally attend dance nights a couple of times a month, mostly at Harmony Club and Club Solo.

I've been competing in pre-champ standard during the past two years and placing in the finals. Background in ballet. I have been learning International Latin, American Rhythm and Smooth for the last 3 years (competing for the last 2 years). I have coaches in Vancouver, BC - Dale Neale for American Smooth and Vlada and Alexey Karaulov for Latin. Goals are to compete in Canada and US NDCA/NDCC sanctioned events, at least 2 per year.
