Have done ballroom since teens, gold medals but lots forgotten ! regularly Jive and West Coast swing now, and

have private lessons in Ballroom and Latin , as have no partner. Have attempted Argentine Tango, but think i need a very patient partner, or is it just difficult ????

Since fall of 2019, I have been taking private and group dance coaching in Sarasota, FL. I am looking for a dance partner for theatrical/cabaret/show dancing. I have a dream and a plan to perform partner dancing with lifts and tricks...creating a platform and sharing a message of freedom and passion, starting locally and then around the country and world. In 2024, created and performed live event “Voiceless” using cabaret dance, theatre and song. See photos. Competed at the Ohio Star Ball November 2024 winning Best of the Best in cabaret. I love all genres of music including country western from my roots in Kansas.

I love to perform with variety of character and genre/style. I am not truly ballroom because I am out-of-the-box and more free-spirited in my approach and style. While I want my technique to be flawless, I value soul and passion and sharing true personality and character the most.

Also, I love to have fun social dancing both locally and wherever I travel. Country bars, Latin clubs, etc...

Hello! I began dancing Ballroom about

many years ago and competed as a Beginner in Swing, Rhumba, Cha Cha and Mambo at that time. I had to stop dancing for a while, but I'm back! Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a partner to dance with. I currently take lessons, but this is difficult without a partner. I like many styles of dancing, but I especially like Hustle, Tango, and Rhumba, but the Waltz and Foxtrot are growing on me! I am open to learning all styles of dance- can you help?

I’m in the Tampa Bay Area and have been at the bronze level at a Fred Astaire Dance Studio for about three months. I train two to three times a week after work. Foxtrot is my favorite, but I can hang with some rhythm styles as well.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I'm a hard worker, looking to improve with private lessons and competitions. I have won several competitions in standard and latin. Have been placing in finals in collegiate competitions for years in the past. Have not been on the competitive dance floor for a couple of years, but took lessons and looking to get back to competitions with a nice, able partner. I learn and adopt to man's style fast. I started taking Ballroom lesson about 10 years ago. I want to be good at it. I need a lot of practice. I have added other dances. I am still taking classes. Last year I broke my ankle. I started learning Int. Latin in November 2022 and competing in February 2023, but have been dancing socially for about three years. I’ve participated in four Latin competitions so far. I would like to continue competing at least in Latin, with hopes to start Standard/Smooth and Country/Western soon.
