Looking for dance partner/leader for social ballroom classes and/or private lessons and events in and around the West Yorkshire area. I've been dancing around 20 years (West Coast Swing, Blue's, Jive etc.) but only ballroom dancing for around 12 months, but I love it and would like a partner to continue learning and dancing.

Professional hard worker who has just found West Coast Swing. Country Western is also fun. Favorite music is blues, CW and southern rock like ZZ tops and Doobie Brothers.

Retired dancer owner instructor performer competitor..mostly Latin.. especially salsa..some ballroom.. yes i said i was amateur its time ro return to being a student..nowadays just want to practice and go out to nightclubs and enjoy but am very much into lifts drops side by sides footwork old school salsa different styles..I still have a vision..also inflemuences in jazz etc..freestyle locking jazz..I can still move very well and I understand and feel music and love performing naturally and seeing the inspired reactions from people who are escaping their hard days including myself.

Dance is my favorite hobby. I like performing in competitions and everywhere else, parties etc.

Started with Bush dancing, went onto Ballroom, then picked up Ballet, Jazz & Tap. About 10 years ago I picked up R&R & Swing Dancing. I am still part of a Tap Troupe, I teach during the day in my own business, & I dance R&R & Swing socially with weekly lessons, & I attend CPD workshops in blues & solo swing in Melbourne regularly (I am the lead mostly so I can keep burning the dance floor all night). Hi, I'm 59 years old, approximately 5 ft 3. I like to keep fit, love Yoga and dancing. I would like to meet a male dancer for mainly Ballroom and Latin social dancing and lessons. I've been dancing for approximately 6 years. I love Ballroom and Latin but I also go to Ceroc and modern jive events for a workout ??. I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

I come from a Puerto Rican background, so Salsa music (as well as Bachata and Merengue, but to a lesser extent) has always been a part of my life. I started dancing seriously in December 2024. I'm dancing American Smooth, American Rhythm as well as Salsa, Merengue, American Paso Doble, Argentine Tango and west coast swing.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

But I'm in Skokie helping my dad once a week, so dancing in the Northern suburbs is possible.

Dancing invigorates, impassions, and absorbs me. I can't get enough of it. I would practice everyday, all day long, but unfortunately I have to have an income. :)

Presently, I am focusing on Ballroom and West Coast Swing. I have taken WCS lessons with Danielle Blouin and Hugo Miguez and Stacy Kay. I still love salsa and hustle though, and am open to A. Tango, but I can't just do A. Tango, I need variety.

Being an former gymnast and yoga teacher, I have quite a bit of flexibility and strength. I would enjoy doing aerial, lifts, and dips. Just after our "At the Hop" performance in Gulfport, FL. A regular in the audience mistook me for an 18 year old. LOL I have fun! I love to perform, but don't have to compete (theater arts is appropriate). I like the hard stuff.

On the personal side, I am a vegetarian and am into healthy eating and healthy living. I also love music, art, architecture, theater, swimming, walks on the beach, and out in nature.

Dance is a beautiful art Form that I wish to be able to share with my partner and the world by performing exquisitely.
