Ballroom, Swing, Latin, Country, currently working on DVIDA's Bronze Teaching Certifications as well as Swing Literacy Teachers Training.

Just a man looking to dance and have a good time.I am excellent at breaking down steps and working to improve dancers,adding that extra touch to stand out on the dance floor. Gold and gold bar teacher at major studio in southern California.

Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

Artistic dance and figure skater growing up. Also played hockey. Medalist in several state and regional championships. Qualified for the Nationals four consecutive years.

Started ballroom dancing in 2007. Danced socially on and off through 2014. Restarted dancing in Philadelphia in 2025, performing a Viennese Waltz in an annual showcase with only 6 weeks of prep time.

I have danced competitively for around 8 years total, I previously trained with Paul and Paulene Taylor, Margaret Redmond and Kieran Kelly.

At last competitions I was competing at Intermediate level on the Open Competition Circuit where I have was placing in the finals. Prior to moving up to Intermediate level, we were competing at Beginner / Novice level where I won at Champions of Tomorrow 2015 (Ballroom) and placed 4th in the Latin. We also placed in both Ballroom and Latin at Stars of the Future 2015.

I have recently taken a break due to partner unavailability and work commitments.

Due to my partner no longer wishing to compete I am currently looking for a new partner.

I am a dedicated, enthusiastic dancer, I work hard but I have fun with it!

Willing to either dance in competitions or social dancing as currently not competing but would be willing to get back into it.

I would be willing to specialise in either ballroom or latin for the right partner, however ideally i would like to do both.

I would also be willing to teacher share if you would want to continue to train with your teacher.

As a regular ballroom dancer, I would like to share my three ideas with you: acknowledgement, motivation and basics.

You want to acknowledge that ballroom dance is not social dance; the purpose you are going to meet a potential partner is dance instead of social.

Motivation is the essential. If you are interested, definitely you are or will be doing well. We can learn together and inspire each other.

Though the experience is not crucial, I also have been a beginner, you want to have some ideas of basics. It will make you easier to enjoy the free diving in the music, to develop your body to create a moving sculpture, and to feel the pleasure of your inner running strength without manual labor.

I love to dance and try to do so at least 2-3 times a week. I have done numerous competitions and performances. Like to work on routines especially argentine tango. I also enjoy Rythm & American smooth. Level - silver Pro-Am. Being mature does not limit my abilities.

A little more about my dancing skills:

I am a social dancer that enjoys a variety of ballroom, Latin and social dances. These include: Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Night Club 2 Step, Hustle and Salsa. I am an intermediate level dancer and do not want to become a professional or do performances. I enjoy dancing to live music!!

In the last 5 years I've completed a very exciting and challenging job opportunity at Princess Cruises, become financially secure, and had the opportunity to follow my heart and dreams to Hawaii.

I am a youthful, positive, playful person who is very down-to-earth, sensitive, caring, compassionate with a warm, open heart, a bright, curious mind and an offbeat sense of humor. I have a great zest for life and live it with much passion, optimism and enthusiasm.

I love spending time in the beauty and peace of the great outdoors (mountains, oceans, sunrises and sunsets). I try to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Looking for someone to practice and train with their level not so important if their willing to put time in.

Someone who can put in at least 3 days a week in about 2 hours each be perfect the more days the better.

Took ballroom lessons late 70's. Stuck with Latin Hustle (called syncopated hustle now), cha-cha, swing -- since that's what everyone danced in the clubs--prefer Euro music beats (disco/dance music); this music complements hustle. Rusty on the traditional ballroom so I've gone back to refresh. Dance for fun/social--not the competition (any more). As for my background: born in Italy, grew up in Elizabeth NJ, lived in Virginia and have been in Georgia for quite a few years.

After all these years. I have not skipped a beat and I have danced 2-3 times a week since then. I found I still got it. I cant wait to dance with others to see where I can take it... I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.
