My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I am a social dancer trying to improve.

I'm VERY confident leading rumba, east coast swing, hustle, and American tango.

I probably don't bore my followers dancing American waltz, fox trot, west coast swing, and cha-cha.

I'm 'working on' samba, salsa, merengue, and bachata.

I would like to learn Viennese waltz.

I admire people who dance Argentine tango and Paso Doble.

2025 trained in Taiwan under FeiFei Hsieh & Hsin-Da Lee. Regular practices with Gift Phoraksacharoen in Bangkok. Trained with w/ Jairelbhi Furlong (Google "Evolution Tango") in Dallas till April to Nov 2021. Past training: Boulder CO with Gustavo Naveira & Giselle Anne; 40 hours & 420 hours practice during Fall 2019 including group classes over previous years from them in Boulder, Colorado. Trained in Dallas w/ Jairelbhi Furlong (90%) & Nasrin Barmaki (10%) in 2018 & 2019 for 12 months over two years; over 200 hours of instruction and 300 hours practice time during that time period. Recreational dancing not included. Lessons in West Coast Swing and Hustle under Beata Howe in 2019. More than 20 years dancing: Salsa, West Coast Swing, Two Step (as is judged at a UCWDC event). None of the hours listed above are group classes. Other past instruction is from Mary Ann Nunez and Jeannie Tucker.

I taught basic and intermediate ballroom for more than 20 years (part time), mostly at recreation centers. However, due to injuries I have been out of the dance scene for about 13 years. I am not interested in pursuing dancing as an occupation. I wish to re-acquire my dance skills for personal enjoyment and physical rehabilitation.

I have been dancing for the past 10-years, focusing on latin and west coast swing. I am athletically gifted and have had some private lessons but I still have much to learn. When I dance I experience pure joy. I have danced for fun and the social aspects not for competition although I could see maybe participating in Pro-Am's in the future. Dance is an important of my life and so I want someone who shares this same interest with me.

Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

Primarily, a dancer of Argentine Tango and seeking a practice partner. I have experience in the social context of dancing in South America, Europe, and throughout the United States. I also have experience in many classes including those designed to train teachers of Argentine Tango. Expertise in a partner is note required, simply that we practice and learn together - from each other even if you are a beginner.

I trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theater throughout my childhood. I went to theater school. In my mid twenties I started dancing salsa in the clubs in LA and was hooked. I was going dancing at least 3 times a week for a few years. I continued to dance salsa when I could in San Francisco and New York, but not as often. For the last few years my mobility was limited due to severe arthritis. I recently had a hip replacement and am thrilled to be living pain free again. My motivation during recovery from surgery was to dance again. I went to a Salsa festival in October and it was a blast. I am ready!

I like to dance Salsa On2 for fun socially.

The art and skill of dancing appeals tremendously to me. My interpretation and expression of music is very fulfilling and satisfying. Both for me and my partner. And I enjoy sharing this expertise with others. Dancing is at once soothing, adventurous, exciting, pleasurable, sensuous, powerful, and passionate. Dancing equals, who I am. My favorites: International(Standard), American Continuity, and Latin (Both American & Standard). Dabble with the fun of Hustle, and the smooth rhythmic beats of Salsa.

I like cha cha, swing, foxtrot, night club 2 step, west coast, samba. Most kinds of dance music.

Began dancing in college, was participating in local/national competitions and performances, taking private lessons up to silver level in American Smooth and Rhythm, with some introduction to International Latin and Standard (bronze level). I love dancing, particularly ballroom, latin and rock n roll. I have regular lessons, which is stimulating and good fun. I also love meeting new people and I find dancing is very sociable and friendly. I also like getting dressed up - I always dance better in a nice dress! I like to be on the dance floor for most of the evening but it's also nice to sit and watch other people sometimes.

Have done ballroom since teens, gold medals but lots forgotten ! regularly Jive and West Coast swing now, and

have private lessons in Ballroom and Latin , as have no partner. Have attempted Argentine Tango, but think i need a very patient partner, or is it just difficult ????

I have been taking ballroom dance (two hours per week) for three years. I also go out dancing during the weekends. I have been dancing the majority of my life. I danced traditional dances (folklore) when I was in school (elementary to high).

i am advanced hustle dancer ,won many comps i dance salsa , mambo ,rumba, bachatta ,basic waltz nc2step chacha .. , now just for fun, like to meet some one to work with , could it be you can be at a club or ballroom &dancing at bronze level at ball room dances.

I've been dancing on and off for 24 years. I've been actively and passionately dancing again for the last 3 years. I dance most of the American Rhythm and American Smooth dances plus Salsa and a little AT which I'd like to pursue more. I'm a strong lead, high energy and pickup choreography quickly. I think dancing is the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

My teacher used to compete in International Ten Dance so that's what I'm learning now, with some other dances (hustle, salsa, swing, etc.) thrown into the mix as well once in a while. I'm doing gold steps in many of the dances, but I feel I would have much more confidence in my dancing if I had a steady dance partner with whom I could take lessons and practice. Though I wish I could be the type of dancer who could dance with anybody, all I really want is to be able to dance well with one person. Competing once in a while could be fun too with the right partner.
