While my favorite dances are Foxtrot, Hustle and West Coast Swing, I also enjoy Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango, Rumba, Salsa, Swing and others. I have an incredible amount of stamina on the dance floor and can go for hours. Contrary to most members, on this site, I am not seeking an actual dance partner for practice or to take lessons.

I consider myself an Intermediate level dancer. I enjoy practicing to improve my leader and partner skills. I've been told I am a very good leader, (you be the judge, lol). I like foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha, hustle, rumba, bolaro, quickstep, tango, salsa, Viennese waltz, and West Coast swing, but open to all types of dance. I'd like to practice twice a week for about 2 hours. I am retired and my schedule has flexibility.

I'm all about technique, and would rather do a few figures well than many figures poorly. I've been dancing and teaching since 1993, some Silver American Smooth and Rhythm, some International Standard and Latin. Studied under Russell Monk, Fred Dunn, Rickey Geiger, Ludwig Dahlberg, and Craig Bukowski, among others.

I've hit the road full-time in my vintage Shasta LoFlyte. I had planned to be in New England for the summer but with this crazy weather, I have to admit, I'm kind of scared to travel that far. I may have to tough it out in Dallas, Texas, for the summer.

I'm a non-smoking, non-drinking, vegan Christian. Sound like a barrel of laughs, huh? ;-) I really am very funny; well, at least I think I am...I also have a cat and a not-so-friendly dog, something people with severe allergies need to know. I'm willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
