I started dancing about six months ago to build confidence and expand my comfort zone, and fell in love with salsa! Nowadays I try to do something dance related at least 4 times a week, between going to lessons/socials, teaching newbies, or going out to dance. Most of my learning is through informal lessons (i.e. learning new patterns) and through youtube.

I'm fairly new to Ceroc and I'm looking to progress with someone who enjoys dancing but doesn't take it too seriously.

I like competitions. I specialize in standard and smooth but fantasize about competing 10 dance occasionally. I am currently in Phoenix, AZ focusing on the basics of movement in order to truly compete at the champ level. I am willing to fly to try out over a weekend.

At Star Studios in Bentleigh I'm Doing 3 Latin classes, 1 private Latin lesson, and a New Vogue class each week. I also do a Latin class at Rhythm dance in Thornbury each week, and the occasional social dance.

I'm wanting to compete in Maters 2 Latin C grade initially. New Vogue or/and Modern is optional.

I've taken dance a good portion of my life. I do tap and ballet, some jazz, and taught beginner ballroom dancing in my early 20s. I just really want to make dance a bigger part of my life, especially partner dancing. I'm a single, working mom, so I don't have a lot of free time to search for a dancing partner. There are heaps of reasons that I love dancing, but the top reasons are fitness, friends and the feeling of satisfaction when you and your partner dance well. I am keen to develop good technique, and I am prepared to work hard to achieve it. I have regular dance lessons in all three ballroom styles, standard, Latin and new vogue.

My adventure with dance I started when I was seventeen years old. Since my birth I have practiced different sports such as football, boxing and free running. However, after three years of training in standard and Latin American dancing, I found that, it is my greatest passion.

I am a very hardworking person, co-operative, open to new challenges and to achieve the new higher skills. If I do something, I do it a hundred percent of my possibilities, because I like the hard work of each other.
