Ballroom dancing including jive ,cha cha cha,slow and fast waltz,mambo is all I know...

I Trained and taught for both Fred Astaire's and Arthur Murray Studios ..for several years....however that was in my younger years....then a marriage brought me into the martial arts world and I hold a 2nd degree black belt....after that I took up bodybuilding but did not compete. So my younger years were very active....life has dictated that I work for a living so into the corporates world I traveled....It has now been many decades that I have danced... and I am missing that feeling. As I am now ready to retire, I would like to get back to my roots.

Well, straight up, I love to dance more then anything. I began breakdancing/hip hop in middle school, and have danced those for 8, almost 9 years now, and began Ballroom(standard/latin/Rhythm/Smooth) and fell in love with those as well. I live at Leumeah near Campbelltown N.S.W. and I run my own Architectural Drafting business from home. It is preferred that my partner would live within approximately 80 kilometers from Campbelltown. I usually go social dancing 5 to 6 nights per week and 1 or 2 daytime dances if I get time at different venues around the Sydney suburbs. I remember seeing dancing for the first time as a small girl. It was on SYTYCD, the American TV show. It was a samba, and I was hypnotized. Unfortunately, I did not have any sort of outlet at that time to start my dance journey. I began social dancing at age 22. I craved something else, something more drastic. I began training in International Latin in Granger, Indiana at 24. I am now 25, and have completed only one competition as a pro/am student. I am again looking for something more, a partner who wants to learn and grow, embracing failures and victories together.

I am a ballroom dancer and pursued competitive latin and ballroom dancing in latin dances until B-class and standard dances until A-class for over 8 years in the UK, Portugal, Germany and Switzerland. For 19 years I have been dancing Salsa on 1 and on 2, and Bachata, Kizomba for the past 8 years.

Now I have the pleasure to teach private dance classes and work in a lovely dance school in Zurich, Switzerland.

I'm really hoping to get comfortable dancing salsa/bachata/cumbia this year. I have taken many lessons over the past year but haven't been able to practice enough to get comfortable. I still struggle with the basics and would like to work with someone who maybe is in a similar place in their training. My goal is to be able to go to an open dance night and be able to be a good lead for a dance or two.

I love dance - studied ballet as a child through young adulthood. Came to ballroom a few years ago - take class every Sunday.

I love to dance. I have done Salsa and Cuban rueda courses but also Argentine Tango and Paso Doble.

For the last year an a half I have been attending Argentinian Tango but dance to modern music and I love it. If anybody is interested in trying this let me know.

I can go crazy with a mop or broom while cleaning, I dance likes it my own, I want to properly learn to lead, I know some of the basics, I got 2 left feet

I would love to find a dance partner where we can learn and practice together, West Coast Swing is a lot of fun and there is so much you can do with it.

I have a nice home in Oceanside and put in a master dance floor 8 x 16 feet long for practice. It would be great to find someone with the same passion.

I enjoy dancing around south jersey, including the Cherry Hill & Collingswood area. I would like to add more to this later.
